Probably the best value stay I have ever had. Brilliant hotel, great staff, good variety of breakfast options. Beautiful spa. Enjoyable meal in the restaurant too. Lovely staff couldn’t be more helpful. Location perfect too. No downside whatsoever.

Luxury hotel, but …
A luxury 5-star hotel, built from a huge amount of granite and marble, but due to average level of service, poor management and insufficient maintenance, it will be just an average hotel in a few years. I would certainly expect significantly more from the breakfast, which is not at the level expected (half an hour before the end of the breakfast, half of the dishes were gone, no one brought anything new, exactly at the official closing time of the breakfast, practically all the food was already put away). In addition, the fabric chairs are quite dirty and greasy. The biggest negative surprise was that smoking is allowed indoors at breakfast!

A worthwhile stay! Right in the old town and lots of jewelry shops. A 10 minute walk to the riverside restaurant row (Soul Kitchen, Buenas Dias, Bella Vista, Plaza de Toros, Carpe Diem, Irish Pub St. Patrick) or have tea aboard the galleon at the river. There is some wear-n-tear apparent in the rooms, but it's minor blemishes. The beds were somewhat firm, though nowhere close to sleeping on the tabletops in use in Istanbul, Turkey. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool, jacuzzi, salt sauna, steam sauna, and Turkish bath were all on-point. 45-minute massage we worth the price. 17 massages and several treatments to choose from. Inexplicably, one morning the maid knocked on the door at 8:00 and then swiped her master card to enter. For someone coming from the western hemisphere trying to adjust to the time change, this was rude. Bonus: hire a taxi and head to the restaurant at Hunter's Lodge Kamnik. The food is superb!!!!

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The gym is very spacious and well equipped, the spa excellent and the food is on the whole very good. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The are of the Old Bazar is very interesting and an easy walk to the City square .

Hotel was in a great location - right above the old bazaar with amazing views. The staff were friendly and great customer service provided. The food in the restaurant could have been better with more local Macedonian food options. The bedroom was very clean and well kept. My shower was broken and just to note you will hear the morning prayer from the mosque next door very loud and clear. Not the mosque fault in anyway they have every right to do the prayer as part of the religion however I think the hotel (for the guests) could invest in more soundproofing for the bedrooms. The spa was amazing and the team were great. The massage was amazing and there all very professional

Fabulous spa / resort
I spent one night in Skopje on my tour through the region, and while I felt 2 days / 1 night was enough to see the city - at least the touristy sights - I could easily have spent a couple more nights here at Bushi enjoying the amenities and resort. My room was simple but had everything I needed, and was perfect for a solo trip. The staff were all courteous and very helpful. The included breakfast was quite a nice spread with more than I could eat. The location was great for tourism, just on the edge of the old bazaar and pedestrian area, and only a few minutes walk to the fortress and Mustafa Pasha mosque. My favorite though was the incredible spa, which you have access to as a guest. I spent the evening there enjoying the various steam rooms/ saunas, the pool/jacuzzi, and then booked a massage, which was one of the best I've had in a long time! The value here is fantastic! I would definitely recommend it and would stay again if I return to Skopje.

Bushi is a beautiful hotel located right by the old part of town. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the East-meets-west feel of Skopje, and this hotel highlighted that feeling. The spa was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, both nights we were there, there were events with extremely loud music and partying taking place in the courtyard right outside our window. Guests should also be aware that though this is Europe, there are many mosques near the property with the call to prayer sounding throughout the day and night, and there is one mosque with its speaker right beside the hotel. Overall a beautiful property, but because of the noise, our short stay was not so relaxing.

I am writing to COMPLAIN about this 5-star hotel with ZERO-star service. It's already 6.45 am and I am still waiting for my taxi to the airport and my packed breakfast - which was assured to me by the manager in her email and which was made sure to me last night by the Reception staff. But NOW, there is NOTHING. NO taxi, NO packed breakfast. What a way to start the year with this hotel!

The location is just steps from the Old Bazaar. Very friendly, helpful and service minded staff. The room was clean and spacious, the internet was working properly. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The TV in our room was not working, however it didn't matter so much to us. The air-condition in the room was not very efficient.

Vary ggod hotel in the centar of the town
The hotel was outstanding. Above expected. Big room, buthroom also. Clean. In the room upon arrival we found welcom card and fruit basket. Good breakfast and service overroll. Vary good location on the old bazar and perfect for storolling on foot. We would recomend hotel for shure.

Luxury by the Old Bazaar
Bushi Resort & Spa is a beautiful hotel right on the edge of the Old Bazaar in Skopje city center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was the standard European style (cereals, eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, etc.). The selection was ample and fresh and tasty. Restaurant staff were also very friendly and great service. The only possibly negative thing I could say as that the bathroom only had a jacuzzi tub and no shower. There was a handheld showerhead, but nowhere to hang it to use as a shower and also no shower curtain. The parking lot is super convenient on the hill above the hotel, attended 24 hours, and complimentary for hotel guests, which is important because traffic around the city center is awful and parking hard to find otherwise. I would 100% recommend this beautiful hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Skopje. Staff were so very friendly. Room was a little small, but had everything we needed. On departing the hotel at 0400 for an early flight, the staff had prepared a delicious breakfast for us (unasked), which was such a nice touch! Loved it here, and loved everything about Skopje! A hidden gem.

Nice and luxury hotel in the old part of Skopje. Good service and nice rooms. Some minus * There is no Gym. *Make sure that your room is not located towards the nearby Mosque. The Minaret wake up call is high and early. Their dinner restaurant is nice with nice view over Skopje, but smoking is allowed inside. Smell of smoke makes the restaurant limp, unfresh.

We stayed in one of the rooms with a loft. The room was fine - the AC is not very strong, so we had to use the fan by the bed, which was very noisy. The toilet bowl cleaner in the bathroom is attached to the wall, but done in a way that the handle hit the toilet paper holder, which I didn't like. Who wants to touch the toilet bowl cleaner every time you need toilet paper?

This is a nice hotel in the city center, in close proximity to all major attractions. The neighbourhood is picturesque, with lots of small shops and cafes. Be warned though that there is a lot of noise coming from the nearby mosque, especially early in the morning. But this could also be considered as part of this hotel's charm. Our room was clean and cosy, though not as spacious as I imagined. Staff is very helpful and kind. You can try the hotel's restaurant, the food is good, however smoking is allowed in the restaurant and it's not very pleasant. They offer very good massages in the spa center, you should try them if you have the time.
