A Continental lunch buffet and high tea are served on weekdays, and brunch is available weekends. Live jazz is featured on weekday evenings. Open from mid-morning until late evening.

“Luxury Old World Style”
Our very special holiday got off to a fantastic start with 4 nights in Raffles. It is an old hotel and bits of it are tired but on the whole it is excellence of the highest order with service (and prices) to match. Anyone seeking to spoil themselves and capture the ambiance of empire days long gone by should quite simply indulge themselves at Raffles.
“Absolutely awesome”
We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there, will now be celebrating 35 years, 40 years.....at The Raffles. Made us feel very welcome and special. The whole Raffles experience was more than we ever imagined and can't wait to start saving to go back again.
“Wow....fit for nobility”
Colonial charm and service that makes you feel like a member of the Royal family.
“Must Do Experiance”
Hotel was unbelievable, beat all expectations of what we had read and researched. Not one detail overlooked.Excellant staff very attentive,. We were their for our silver wedding aniversary, on returning to the suite on the first night the bedroom was decorated with singapore orchids and swan decoration, most unexpected but an excellant taste. Food was excellant and plentiful.
“good experience”
Though the main hotel and lobby areas were gorgeous, the courtyard suites need to be renovated. Our room had wooden floors which were squeaky -that annoyed us tremendously!! We wanted to experience Raffles for the colonial syle -which we did ,but we will not be staying there again.
“Bob & Kym Brisbane”
A wonderful place to stay. Full of history and splendid settings. Great staff and service all round. Would recommend any day as a great alternative to the generic modern 4 and 5 star hotels.
“Best Hotel in Singapore”
Loved Raffles in Singapore. Not sure I could stay anywhere else if I returned.
“Lived up to my (very high!) expectations”
There are many modern, luxury hotels with better fixtures, furnishings and fancier decor, but, for me, Raffles was everything I hoped it would be: understated colonial charm, cool, white walls and superb service. When the staff said they were pleased to help, you really believed them. My butler, Alvaro, was genuinely interested in meeting a slightly unusual request and thought about the best ways to help. And the only place I found in SE Asia to serve tea with cold, fresh milk (thankfully!). Frankly, this may well be the place I chose to go when I die...
“Loved it”
This hotel is really something special. It is so beautiful and our Palm Court suite was quiet and lovely to come back to at the end of the day. All the staff were quite exceptional. We would go back again. Restaurants in the hotel are very expensive. We ate in the Long Bar Steak House (nice enough but bad value). Ah Teng's Bakery is worth a visit - the 'sets " are good value and quite delicious. Get hungry, then try the Earl Grey Chocolate Sphere (yummm) Singapore Sling in the long bar - cliched and expensive - but you have to do it. lol Great situation - the MRT is under Raffles City shopping mall across the road. The MRT is fantastic - even if you aren't used to public transport. Suntec City is just a short walk away where there are cheap (but good) eating places and the terminal for the hop-on/off buses.
“Excellent Hotel, spoiled by initial attempt to force upgrade”
Upon arrival the desk clerk tried to get us to upgrade the room at our cost. We had not even seen the room we booked. Luckily we refused as the room we had was perfect. After this initial problem, we really enjoyed our stay. Just a warning to others, do not get seduced by upgrades until you have checked the room you originally booked!
