“Excellent”
Friendly staff. Good room, facilities and value. Although the hotel is not as central as some, it does have a free shuttle bus to Orchard Road and Clarke Quay. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel again.
“Best hotel for food”
The lifts inside the atrium going up 27 floors are amazing. Staff are very good at their job, everybody is very welcoming, the rooms are simple but very clean, the maid service is very good. The food in the melting pot restaurant is excellent, its buffet style, you get so much choice. The location is a little bit away from the malls and the main attractions, but the taxis are quick and very cheap. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Staff at hotel made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped from the taxi. Hotel was very well maintained and we would happily stay there again
“Quality Hotel - friendly and professional stafff”
Great hotel - looks and feels stunning. Staff - professional and friendly throughout our stay. Room a reasonable size - better than I expected having read other hotel reviews. Location - good, not great. There is a free bus shuttle service to orchard road and the quay - this compensates a lot, but taxis are also cheap there. Would suggest this is better alternative than staying in expensive and small room on orchard road. We actually walked from Orchard road and Chinatown in the evenings. We also walked to Marina Bay - it can be done and each walk is about 25 mins - taxis are about £4-6, so easy options available. Strongly recommended.

lovely hotel-good facilities.Excellent swimming pool to cool off in.Our flight was late at night but hotel kept our bags and let us freshen up later on in the day.
“Good hotel, but a little distance from the centre of Singapore”
The hotel is well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The atrium is stunning, and if you take a trip in the (glass) lift to the top floor and look down into the lobby, it's enough to give you wobbly legs - but worth it for the view!! We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food, but the beer at the bar was a little on the expensive side. Overall, I would recommend this hotel - Chinatown is just about within walking distance, but taxis are easy to get and are not very expensive (and they are air conditioned too!)
“Fantastic looking hotel”
Great looking hotel with a central atrium and glass-floored lifts to take you up to your floor. very helful staff and relatively inexpensive bar, restaurant and room service. The rooms are on the smaller size. We booked one with 2 twin beds but this apparently wasn't big enough for our family so they gave us a kingsize and extra fold-up bed. I would stay there again, but be aware that this hotel is some way from any metro and be prepared to get taxis back and forth rather than walking or public transport
