The hotel was ok. We have nice rooms quiet, good dinner but the best thing was the pool, witch was fantastic.

Good enough in excellent location
It's good hotel. As i understand it is even excellent as for the country. What we didn't like: There is no pool guard. There is too small room as for 3 people. The acoustic is very poor - you can hear everything from next room. The breakfast - it's good, but for the pancake or for eggs you have to stand in a line because only one person makes it. For coffee - the same problem - only two slow machines. Each morning i asked for black tea and got it, but the tea bags never were before i asked.

Cold pool water
The water in the swimming pool was cold and only in certain parts you could feel a bit of warmness, and as we swam we would feel cold water again. So, this was very annoying. We also had to pay for parking, which we were not advised when booking. The hotel was very crowded and quite noisy especially at breakfast. The bed and room are nice.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choices. Kids were happy to use the pool. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and to the “telecabina” taking us up to Cota 2000. We defineyely had a good experience.

Very good place to stay.
It was an amazing holyday,many thanks to the staff,this hotel is one of the best I ever stayed.Quiet,splendid Charpatians mountains view,large swimming pool,very good breakfast.I'll be back as soon as possible.

Very good value
Nicely updated and great affordable place to come home to after a day of skiing. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Only complaints are that the room was quite cold and wouldn’t heat up even when the heater is on max and the mattress is really hard - some people may prefer it that was but I like hotels to have soft and cushy mattresses.

Unexpected quality in 2 area
Everything was good except the quality of service in food & beverages and IT support. Breakfast variety and service during breakfast buffet was not even 2 starts IT; internet connection is very bad, not stabled and was not able to connect more than 10 minutes with very low speed. Check-in & check-out; no porter to help you get your luggage in or out. you have to carry them from the parking to the entrance of the hotel which is almost one floor height from the parking and has no elevator or ramp to get your luggage in.

Is a great location, not so "fancy" but clean . They have a big pool and very good lobbybar (very nice music and cocktails). Brekfast was good but not exelent .

Great breakfast
Breakfast is great, especially after traveling in US, one really learns to appreciate a good breakfast. Sauna was not warm enough and very small. Pool had cold water and too much chloral. Did not seem as very well managed place as the breakfast.

The hotel is centrally located
the tele-cabine to 2000 m is 5 minutes away, the train station is 10 min walk it is in the center of the shopping and restaurant area a nice walk away from the points of interest (Peles Castel) in Sinaia the hotel is nice, and the staff is trying to be helpful.

Great Location, Great Price!
Great location, walking distance (3min) to the Gondola lift. Breakfast buffet was included and it was pretty good. Lots of restaurants, beautiful town and safe to walk around. Price was even better!!

Big Hotel Poor Wifi
Gotta be honest, I found this place big and impersonal which isn't really my thing. However staff were friendly, room was fine, breakfast was actually very good etc. The thing that drops the score for me is that it has wifi, but it was so poor as to be useless - I couldn't access e-mail, facebook or much else. This particularly annoyed as I wanted to book some train tickets but simply couldn't log into the site, internet access was so slow and poor. If wifi is advertised it needs to actually work rather than be slow to the point of head banging.

You have to pay £3.50 to have the (included) breakfast delivered in the room, fair enough. The trolley it was delivered on looked a bit grotty and old. The men's sauna did not work. Overall, it had a bit of a feeling of decay compared to last time I stayed (spring 2012). Not bad, but not as good as I remembered it.

Our second time staying here, we were just as impressed as last time (four years ago). The hotel is well appointed and well maintained. Comfortable and modern, the numerous included amenities give this hotel an edge over the numerous villas and other hostels in the area. Strangely the hotel doesn't advertise a particularly good (and included) breakfast that included hot and cold items as well as a custom omelette stand. Typically Romanian response when we asked if it was included, "of course!" No, not of course!

Séjour agréable. Le seul bémol, nous avions réservé 2 chambres pour 3 personnes chacune. Réservation effectuée sans problème, paiement en ligne avec hotels.com. Arrivés à l'hôtel, nous avons 2 lits simples dans chaque chambre et devons payer 15€ par nuit pour chacun des lits supplémentaires.

Great place to stay in Sinaia
This hotel is really great. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, large bathroom with a bath (no shower), small fridge in the room. There is no air-conditioning, we visited Sinaia mid-September, so we didn't really needed it. Breakfast is great as well, good variety of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread, fresh baked eggs and pancakes etc. There is wonderful pool but take care it is a 'real' pool where you cannot stand. So for those who actually want to take a swim it is great. The only inconvenience is the street noise. The hotel is located on the main road. We asked a room in the back of the hotel but they gave us a room in the front. As the street noise continues throughout the night I would advice you to insist to get a room in the back.
