Full disclosure: There is room for improvement, and they are fixing the place up. Their price, courtesy, and professionalism more than made up for a noisy toilet (just kept the bathroom door closed) or the iron burn on the carpet. They are renovating a few rooms at a time, and I will be happy to stay there again next time I'm in town.

I am sorry we had to ask you to leave. you have made numerous posts on several sites. I understand you were upset but the hotel has rules one being you must not bring 4 or 5 people in a single room, 2 no drugs are permitted on the property. I am truly sorry if this was a problem for you.

Check in process... Got a call that no one was going be in the office and if I could check in early. I dropped what u was going to go check in. Room smelled like cigarettes. Cheap room guess you get what you pay for.

I gave you a call after 9pm as we are not open 24 hours, I offered you my cell number and told you I would come at your convenience. Again sorry your room smelled of smoke I would have been more than happy to move you.

I paid for room and continental breakfast but when I checked in the two ladies at the reception told me they stopped serving breakfast last week. The ladies were very nice and welcoming so I did not want to argue, since it was obviously not their decision, but the owner's. The toilet in my room began backflowing, not very nice. On the other hand, the rate was cheap, and I just needed a place to sleep for the night, and I did.

You get what you paid for, wasn’t expecting much but me and my wife slept so comfortable and water was nice and hot, only complaint was that I couldn’t find the remote but I was only there to sleep. I would stay again in the future.

When we arrived at the hotel about 6:00 pm the lobby was locked and there was a note saying be back soon. When we checked in the room was dirty. There was hair in the bed. The bed itself was so uncomfortable I didn't sleep at all. The bathroom was dingy. Throughout the night people were yelling outside the door. Not a good experience at all.

This was a low rate motel so I knew it wasn't a 4 star but it was way more ghetto than I thought. It had roaches and I wasn't even given a fresh clean towel or soap in the room. I had to ask there desk clerk for it as they did not have it provided up front. The bed sheets were not cleaned even and I had to ask them to please replace. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the grounds, housekeeping and overall cleanliness. The staff were nice though

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for your bad Experience. We are in the middle of upgrading the hotel and the housekeepers are new. I have taken care of the issue of no service while you were staying with us. There is no excuse for not having what you need in your room.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at in years! Between trash in the room, no toliet paper, TV inoperable, potholes in parking lot and breakfast that was a complete waste of time plus it did not start until 8:30 AM.

Thank you for your feedback. We value all our guest. I apologize for your inconvience. unfortunately I have been short handed. my guest likes having the later breakfast, and i am constantly filling in the holes in the parking lot, but the big trucks keep breaking it back down.

This is the most disgusting place we have ever stayed. >Lousy door lock. Only a dead bolt and had to shove on the door to get it open. No night security latch. >No ice machine. Had to buy a bag of ice from the store down the street. >Poorly maintained parking lot. Huge pothole in center. Car up on blocks behind strip mall but in motel area. >Almost abandoned strip mall in front. >No access to pool except through lobby and lobby locked many times during the day and nobody there. >No door on bathroom. >Dirty threadbare carpet. >Stained couch. >No remote for TV. Maintenance brought one. >No coffee maker. Ditto above. >No chairs at kitchen table. >Stove was not plugged in. Had to crawl under sink to plug in. >Nobody in office at check out so could not try the breakfast. >Telephone would only work from one jack near couch. >Paint residue in sink from painter. >Entire area was littered with cigarette butts and dog poop. >Smokers outside made lots of stink.

While this is an older property, it is neat, clean, and well maintained. I felt very safe here. The staff was wonderful. When we asked about a place for dinner, she said there were several within walking distance; what did we like. After a short discussion, she suggested a Korean Restaurant. Great food. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for your review. We value all our guest concerns. Our property does have 1 bedroom suites available to rent daily or weekly. We are just a 1/4 mile from the military base and have several families staying until they get their housing on base. the car is in the space of the building across from the hotel. it is very difficult to have remove since it is sitting on private property. We are trying our best to have it removed.

The room was dirty. You had to ask for anything if it was needed to be done including replenishing towels.There were permanent renters who were noisy and loud. there were no signs around except for check in time. No one knew when the office was open including the time for the "free" breakfast. We went for the breakfast at 8 am and the door to the office was locked. We had to ask when we could eat or have coffee.

Staff was friendly. Room was kinda rundown but looked freshly painted.. No Kleenex, no ice bucket or access to an ice machine. The soaps must have been old, they crumbled when opened.Breakfast was included but they reranaout of almost everything. Manager was apologetic.

thank you for your review. your refund was put on your mothers credit card, since she was the one who paid the bill. I spoke with her on the phone. I closed down my hotel and had it treated, and cleaned everything from top to bottom. I also had the Health department come and inspect the rooms. there were no signs of bugs.

I didn't expect the Ritz considering the budget price but this was the worst place I've stayed in my entire life. First though, let me say the young lady who checked me in was pleasant so I have nothing negative to say about her, but the room...There was one deadbolt to hold the door closed, all other mechanisms were either missing or non-functional/broken. They use keys for entry. When I put water in the coffee maker it came pouring out of the bottom. The toilet didn't flush properly. Thankfully there was a plunger but this tells me they know there's a problem and haven't fixed it. This apparently isn't something that only my room has an issue with because another person who was checking out on the same morning as me [and who also said "never again"] said the toilet in her room didn't flush right either. I was able to drown out the sound of the loud music someone was playing with the noise of the room's ventilation system in order to get to sleep. The property description says there is someone in the office at 8am but it's actually 8:30 and nobody showed up until about 8:40. I had a 9am appointment so I had no time to grab anything from their breakfast area so I can't provide an opinion on their options. Bottom line is if you want a safe and peaceful night's sleep in a room where everything works as it should, spend a few more dollars and stay elsewhere.

The hotel is very old and in disrepair. The bottom rooms are being redone for guests but upper level are rented out as apartments. Electronic keys are not active you use a regular key for a deadbolt. Apartment guests are very loud and disrespectful they double park forcing overnight guests to park further down. Breakfast is scant waffles and toast with pigs sweet rolls coffee no juice or cereal etc outside is cluttered with debris and dirty

Jocelyne the Manager was very pleasant to deal with, we accidentally booked the day prior to our arrival and I received a phone call, I apologized and she said no problem, that she would have a room for us the next day when we arrived and allowed us to check in early. Property in general was good based on the price, room door would only look with dead bolt, main latch was not latching, door could also be sealed better with weather stripping to keep noise and insects out. Room was clean, could use a new carpet. The parking area could be kept a lot cleaner as the a is the first thing you see upon arrival.

Friendly staff. Pulled out breakfast even when checking out close to check out time. Room was clean, basic supplies and amenities needed were there. Great mini fridge and microwave. Very efficient A/C window unit. Quiet and Peaceful, even on a Friday night. Great parking space, didn't have to hunt to find spaces near our room. Front desk was not reachable by in-room phone, saw a couple roaches in a drawer, but know that they are common in the southern states.

Great "no frills" hotel, very welcoming
For a "no frills" hotel, this is a great option. Carolyn made us feel welcome right away. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was basic but good with better hours than most (8:30-10:30am), and the pool looked inviting (too cold for us to swim this trip). We will definitely be staying again next time we are in Sierra Vista.
