Good house for a quick trip
Came to Shreveport for 2 day archery shoot so didn't spend much time in house beyond sleeping. Very nice to wake in a home environment verses a hotel room.

Not the best, but not too bad either. Decent
The place was an alright place to stay, especially for the price. The floors are uneven and the dishes available were lacking, there were not enough for us to eat. The couch is needing updated and the beds are not the most comfortable, but not the worst we have ever slept on. There was lots of room for us to spread out, which was nice. We did see a cockroach while we were there, but I believe it is typical in the area.

Nice older house
The house is large and lots of space. The yard is very well taken care of. The house is old so don't expect all the new bells and whistles, but do not let this deter you from staying here. It was clean, AC worked amazing, and the hot water was hot (super-hot). We only stayed one night. The owner replied really fast when we had questions or suggestions. We will defiantly rent this house again.

Comfortable home in a safe neighborhood
The listing was exactly as described. Check-in was simple and we had no issues throughout our stay. The host communicated well. The driveway is small but there is enough room for 2 vehicles, 3 if they are small. Overall it was worth the price and we would book again in the future.

House is older, but very clean. Great deal for the price. We just needed a place to stay while visiting family in the area, but could see this as being used for larger gatherings and longer stays. We had some issues with the VRBO email connection, but not at the fault of the lister. He was quick to respond.

I try my best to be very professional on these apps, but I can’t stop laughing at this review… did you even stay there??? Have you ever stayed at any short term rental before?? You should probably stick to hotels

Vacation with the granddaughters
Very quiet neighborhood & house was very comfortable. Excellent communication with Brandon!! House was clean & ready for us a little early which was great. The teenage granddaughters loved it & we all had a blast. Will definitely stay there again.

If anyone is reading this, there was a storm that caused more damage than the last hurricane we had. Over 200,000 homes without electricity for 5+ days. VRBO found a hotel for Monique, and I sent a refund. I don’t know why she gave me a 2 star review when I called VRBO on her behalf and did everything I could to make sure she was taken care of. She clearly doesn’t understand how devastating a 2 star review can be to a host.

The lovely older home was great, we were very comfortable and enjoyed out stay. The property owner and the cleaning lady Karen were very accommodating and available. Everything one needs away from home is available even with some extra's in case you forgot. When you rent this home, remember its vintage and you will have a great time.
