“Good staff”

The hotel was near the airport but the bad thing was its not updated in the GPS and you come to a deserted place near the airport.But overall, the staff was very nice at the reception ,room was clean and comfortable.I had a one night stay and nothing to complain about. microwave in the room is a plus for anyone who stays for 2-3 days and breakfast too.

“Nice refuge for tired soccer family”

Daughter playing in a soccer tourney in area and we needed a place to stay. Looked at the reviews ,chose this location for the positive responses. Was not disappointed and actually was pleasantly surprised. Location was next to the interstate, tucked away on a side street in a industrial district next to the airport. That does not bother me at all. Not touristy. Well kept property like an oasis to the surrounding area. Immediate area was older part of town but this was far enough away to be removed. When we checked in, Shonda, was helpful, professional and extremely kind and welcoming. Not always what you get at check-in. Lobby was neat and the comp. cookies there were good! On the way up to the room my daughter commented, 'Dad, it smells good in here". We were in the hallway. Room was standard fare 2 Q, but was very clean with a big fridge in the TV console. we put out bottled water in there for the next day to chill it. later when we went to grab a burger and some sunscreen, Shonda directed us to the nearest exit (being familiar with the area). I have been in a room where I heard the planes all night. This room had a double window and was well insulated... did not hear the first one... no kidding. There were no teenagers running around and it was quiet. Next AM got up early and went to read in the lobby. The breakfast room attendant had not made coffee but got it started early for me. We had a good breakfast later that would have been $ 25.00 at a diner. Oh YEA! A+

“It stinks.....literally”

Upon checking into this hotel we noticed a strong air deoderizer smell. It wasn't horrible and the room was clean so we dropped off our bags and left the hotel for a while. When we came back later that evening it was clear what they were trying to cover up. Cigarette stench. Even though we were in a non-smoking room it was on the same floor as smoking rooms and the smell permeated our room. The odor was as strong in our room as if we had been smoking in it. Disgusting. Only stayed one night and will never go there again. No way to avoid it no matter which room we stayed in since the floors were mixed.

“Nice place in Shreveport, La”

Easy on, Easy off. Good, clean room. Brkfst leaves a little to be desired, but still a good value. We would stay again.

“Great little place to stay.”

This was a great little place to spend the night. The room was spotless and very clean. The breakfast bar looked good althoe I didnt use it. The lady at the front desk got us right in with no wait. So, great room at a great price. I highly recomend.

Great shopping in Bossier city. Nice little boardwalk.
