“We'll stay here from now on!”

Loved this hotel! Very comfortable bed! Room and hotel had all the amenities we like: fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, tv, wireless internet. Hotel had a breakfast included with lots to choose from. Also had an indoor jacuzzi which was very nice! They allow pets, with a low pet fee. Room was ready before 3pm. Staff was very friendly, and helpful when our room key wouldn't work, and provided us with toiletries we had forgotten. Convenient location. Pretty central, and right off the main road. We'll definitely stay here on our next trip!

“Great for the price”

The personnel were friendly, the rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. And, the free breakfast was more than generous in the amount of food available. I would certainly stay their again.

“clean, comfy and quiet”

I have stayed at this Best Western twice, and both times it was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is fine. Will definitely stay there again.

“Just another nice motel”

Our stay was very pleasant - Just wish they had a swimming pool and fire pit.

“Quiet Hideaway”

Great hotel, excellent location with lots of restaurants close by, extremely competent, friendly staff. (They should be glad they have Fernando working the front desk.) My only complaint was that the rooms with 2 double beds like mine do NOT have flat screen TVs, but I watched maybe 30 min. total TV the whole stay. (The old cathode tube TV did not have a swivel base, either.) All in all, the breakfast was good, the place was immaculate, and the price was right - $40 per night cheaper than Hampton Inn. Like Ahhnold said, "I'll be back."

The whole area is very nice. Everything is sort of spread out , with interesting little strip malls along Hwy. 260,

“Extremely friendly staff! - Will definitely go back when we're in the area!”

The staff was more than accomodating! They were helpful from the time we arrived all the way through check out. The room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay there next time we're in Pinetop.

“Excdellent in every respect.”
