For a room that is no pets, there sure were a lot of dogs barking on our floor. People were also inconsiderate late at night in the halls. While the room was nice, roaches appeared on the tv stand in the night. When we checked out, never asked how our stay was. Just if we wanted a receipt.

Rooms a the beds were nice. The only complaint is the sink was outside of the bathroom which disturbs others who are sleeping Breakfast was awesome Other than that it was a good stay

The BestWestern Plus was within a short driving distance to the downtown area and provides a free breakfast. The hotel was quiet , clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is also a great family restaurant nearby.

Within a few miles of arena in a safe area. Room was clean but needs updated. Our tub was peeling. Staff was excellent, even offered a separate room for all the wrestlers in town for breakfast.

The staff were amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be other patrons being loud and disrespectful, but you'll have that anywhere!

Thank you Mary, we appreciate you staying with us.. As for the hallways, they are actually rather new. Wallpaper was put up in 2023, new artwork in 2023, and carpet was done in 2020. So we are surprised to hear that it seemed dated to you. Nonetheless, we will take note.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The bed was exquisite. The free breakfast was much more than expected, and very good. The staff were very friendly. It's a great hotel in a great location.

I would say that overall, I enjoyed my stay there, however, I felt duped a bit because beside beside the Jacuzzi in the room which was expected, but the room wasn’t as roomy as displayed on the website…
