The picture# on Expedia showed a very nice room. The room we got was filthy. A used washcloth hung on the shower rod. No heat in the room. The carpet was filthy and stained. False advertising on Expedia.

I ended up driving home in the middle of the night because the room was so nasty. Hair in the drain, stains on the carpet, the bedding smelled of urine, and I was so disgusted I couldn't sleep and cut my trip short...

As a single woman I was placed in the back area of the property with no security. The doors did not lock properly and when this was brought to the attention of the staff I was treated like I was bothering the staff. There was no breakfast. The room smelled like cigar smoke. There were no hangers in the room. The TV did not work.

Dirty sure beds were not changed
Worst ever, had to leave and go to Days Inn it was so dirty. Sheets stained and hairs in bed and on pillows. Guy did bring new sheet but also had hairs. Could not stay.

Bathroom was clean and nice. Old carpet. 17 steps to room. No elevator. Asked for help to carry luggage. Wouldn’t take my call or respond. Found long black hair between sheets. Comfy beds.

Property tried charging us for a night agyer booking on expedia, claiming it was expedia's "cut" and then tried charging us 100usd for a pet we had with us which was non refundable. Rooms were from the 70s , motel smelled of smoke and looked like an old apartment building in dire of much needed renovations. Would not reccomend. Rooms arent worth the price...

I booked and paid for a room at this motel, on Expedia. The reservation and list of amenities on Expedia, for the Trails End Motel clearly states that they have Wifi, however the Wifi DOES NOT WORK at all. So, what is listed on Expedia is fraudulent. When I checked in the staff did not tell me that the Wifi was not working. I had to come back and get the Wifi code and the staff member simply gave it to me, without mentioning to me that the Wifi did not work. The staff was pretty rude to me about it when I said that it did not work and they acted like it was somehow my problem. I told them that I did want it fixed, or I wanted a refund. I had to work and make a meeting that evening and it destroyed my ability to do those things. They did agree to give me the refund and I finally got the refund. I left that evening. Also, the booking on Expedia, for the Trails End Motel clearly states that there is a continental breakfast, which when I arrived they told they did not have one. And I booked the room for the middle of the week, so according to the booking/reservation on Expedia they should have had that as well. The worst motel/hotel experience that I have had.

Checked in went to room and was not finished being cleaned. Got another room still needed vacuuming. Curtains didn’t cover the sliding glass door. Frame of door was just barely hanging on. No ice bucket or ice in building. Got a bag of ice from bartender. No breakfast as advertised. Save your money.

You do get what you pay for so we weren't expecting too much. Nothing fancy at all here. The room we were first given was in an older section on a second floor; we requested a ground floor room to better accommodate our elderly dog and the room change was done quickly and easily with no extra charge. Exceptionally friendly staff.

Decent, spacious room with an amazing high pressure shower. Downside was hour after hour of a crackhead couple yelling at each other while their traumatized kids were screaming and stomping and nothing was done. In this day and age how are there not electrical outlets near the bed, most people need to charge their phone, laptop, whatever while using on the bed. Ridiculous.

When checking in Manger was yelling at employee about rooms being dog friendly, didn't like it, could not get web page changed. Run down and needs repair. Coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave not plug in, needed an extension cord to make them work. Would not ever stay there again.

When I reserve a room for $60, I don't expect much. I got what I expected. The sink hadn't been cleaned and a dirty Q-tip was on the floor. The toilet didn't fully flush every other time. There was no stopper in the tub or sink. The sliding glass door was so filthy it made it look foggy outside. The carpet was stained. The hallway smelled, but I couldn't identify of what.

The room was partially renovated. The good news: New air conditioning unit worked beautifully. The bad news: Place was under staffed and not clean. The fire detector was missing (just wires) And the room was near the train track.

Very outdated/run down. They "might" be renovating some rooms but very much not done. Our ground floor room had a sliding glass door. The was a 2 inch gap between glass panes on the side. Thankfully we didn't get eaten alive by whatever bugs. Not sure what they do in the winter. The nice desk person did let us out of the 2nd night charge as our plans had changed even before we saw the room.

First of all, the property touts cleanliness and daily housekeeping. We were informed that they would "try" to do our room every few days. This was a 5 day stay and we had housekeeping the first 2 days and nothing for the last 3. Furthermore, things were pretty old, stained, and dated. I can say the bed was comfortable, and the sheets seemed new and clean. The people were very friendly. It may be due to short staffing, which is experienced everywhere. The restaurant was nice (for that style of hotel), and once again, the server was very friendly and helpful. I would say temper your expectations if you choose to stay here.
