Reserved room with a credit card and paying with cash upon arrival. When I arrived at hotel, they would not accept CASH and would only take the card which was on file. I didn't have the card with me and they refused to give me a room. On top of that the facility was not clean. Horrible staff, VERY RUDE. Highly do NOT recommend this property. Go anywhere else than here!

First off, there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower. Secondly, I think this is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in my whole entire life. They really held out on the pillows. I shouldn’t have to ask for more than two pillows. The front desk people were really nice and check-in was very easy, but I was not pleased with anything else other than that.

Unclean, aged, but comfortable bed.
I chose this hotel based on the higher rating from the hotel I normally stay in. However, I was appalled at the condition of the property. There were old vending machines in the hall that were not working with very aged faded soda cans displayed. It looked like they were from the 80s. Although, the beds were comfortable, the pictures and curtains in the room were covered with aged dust and spider webs. No coffee made for breakfast so we plugged the room coffee machine in and water started pouring out of it. I have no idea how it is rated so highly compared to my normal hotel.

Cold showers, tiny and thin towels, nonsmoking room smelled heavily of smoke and mildew, nonworking minifridge, flickering fluorescent lights in lobby, rooms, and halls. Continental breakfast of twinkies. Cleainess overall ok but yellow stains on sheets. No elevators, empty ve ding machines blocking hallway. Just no.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to the bathroom and saw a bug that I ended up killing. I would have scored the hotel higher because of the friendliness of the staff if not for the bug. I hate bugs.

The location is very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is a little dated but clean. My only complaint is the water for the shower would not get hot enough. On a positive note....the pillows were amazing !

The toilet was leaking so bad, the carpet by the bed was soaked. Also the shower handle leaked so water would spray everywhere. The only thing they offered was a few towels to put on the floor by the bed so our feet wouldn't get wet. The hotel blamed the leaking toilet and shower handle on sabotage by a previous guest. You could tell the problem was nothing new and it was not from a previous guest. They never offered us a different room or even a discount on the room.

That hotel has a serious custodial staff problem. We stayed there for 4 nights. The first day our beds were made and I asked for fresh towels. We got them, but only 1 hand towel (although there were 2 of us staying there) and it was very raggedy. The 2nd day, no one serviced the room at all. The carpet is filthy--they vacuum, but it needs to be shampooed-my feet were black when I walked on it without my slippers. The available breakfast was really skimpy--and no protein--only carbs. The front desk staff were fine. No problems there.

Do not stay here. This place sucks. Micro tell down the street is pet friendly. The maintenance guy here is a rude old man. He is a bigot. If you are lgbt don’t stay here. He will judge you for sharing a bed with your husband. And the place smells like marijuana and cigarettes. Bugs too.
