1, Check-in slow, and not first come first sever. 2, Buffet dinner is the worst I ever had. 3, Shower drain was partially blocked, when finished the shower, you get 1 inch water on the floor. 4, Sink drain was also partially blocked. 5, Location is miss-leading. During the booking it says ~10 minutes by walk from airport but when I landed at T1, it takes 20 minutes by taxi because it has to go a big circle. 6, You can see many staff just standing there doing nothing. 6, Buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra if you want the noodle, crazy practice. 7, not allowed to check-out at 2 pm (many hotels can negotiate but not this one). When checked out they didn't like you to stay inside the hotel anymore. 8, The working desk got the power socket but if you are a UK traveller, you can not use it because the slot is not wide enough to let you plug in. 9 If you have heavy luggage, better not use this hotel because as soon as you come out the elevator, the long corridor is covered with soft carpet, suitcase wheels will struggle or can be easily damaged (I got one wheel broken in a similar hotel before so this time I lifted the suitcase to the room).
