Our room was “checked out” in the morning on the day we were planning to leave . We could not get back into the room after our breakfast because our room keys could not open the door anymore. We had to ask the house keeping maid to help us to open since they were right across the room.

Every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. Our TV stopped working and they offered to move our room and give us a discount. Only thing I could comment on improving was the carpet in the downstairs hallway. It was bunched up the entire length of the hall and a tripping hazard. Even so, I would definitely stay again!

Our stay was nice and peaceful, just what we needed. Sharon was training/assisting Sherry at check in. Both were welcoming and helpful. The lady attending to breakfast was very sweet as well. Everything was clean and working as it should be. There are plenty of food and shopping options nearby.
