Wanted a place to stay in Seymour to explore the area and found this property to meet all expectations. If you’re looking for a reasonable place to stay with convenient access to the region, this place is wonderful.

all rooms were renovated after flood new carpets, tv, .paint, etc and not sure what you mean by noisy as only one room occupied next to you, if they were noisy should have let us know and the price you paid was online price which is more expensive than calling us direct

Clean and neat. Modern motel with rainfall shower and plenty of hot water. Pool area and BBQ very well maintained. Balcony area very nice to sit on in the afternoon. Well stocked mini bar.

Overall good experience, Ordered toast but wasn’t given condiments. Could have been given more recommendations on where to eat for dinner. The Chinese brought in the visitor information booklet looks to be closed

Room smelt of sewer. Loose tap fittings. Impossible to fill electric jog. Power switches very poorly designed. No bench tops to put luggage. Owner needs to be accountable Staff appeared tired and fatigued.

On arrival I was surprised to see the room was a little different to what I expected. Who am I kidding? That’s common isn’t it? The room was also full of flies! But then I went reception to place a breakfast order and was told that the Motel was very busy during the week and all that could be supplied was cereal. “I’ve got no stock and don’t get my order until Monday morning”. Wow, if you’re running a business and you invite guests to put in breakfast orders do you reckon you could make the effort to go down to the local shops and grab a couple of loaves of bread and some bacon and eggs just in case guests want to order a cooked breakfast? Surely that wouldn’t blow your budget!

Room is exactly like pictures as they have been renovated due to floods last year and I cannot leave the premises to go down the street, we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you

Such an easy process to book and stay overnight for an event. Lovely clean rooms, spacious, and with modern comforts. Stayed one night so can’t comment on all the other facilities however was above what we expected and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others or come back!

We have stayed before, however, this time we had smokers right on our doorstep with the smoke coming into our room under the door. There were ample grassed areas that could be used for smokers, so we don't understand how they are allowed to smoke so close to the accommodation. Not good for my medical condition.

Clean and comfortable
Comfortable motel for a family of 3. Great shower - hot water and great pressure. Comfortable beds and pillows (although I thought the bed was a little soft for me, it was still very comfy). Smart tv. Pool with BBQ area. Definitely recommend if you're travelling through Seymour.

Never judge a book by its cover. From an average looking frontage of the hotel, the room we stayed in must have been a section of the hotel that was updated or newly built not that long ago. It was a very spacious room with all new amenities. The only thing I didn't like was the open shower facing the entrance with the water almost reaching the door. The floor mat gets drenched before you step on it when you get out. Just saying I'm not a fan of the design. But still a great looking bathroom.
