“typical business hotel”

if you want to experience seville, go somewhere else close to the main attractions, this is a very typical business hotel and far away from everything.

“Great price - great value”

As a family of 8 staying over for the night, the hotel was perfect. Great price which included a buffet breakfast and the staff were very helpful and polite! Whilst the location was a good 15 mins from the Santa Cruz area, it was perfect for us. Even more so that it was right next to the Estadio Ramon for the Sevilla game which I would recommend to all football fans for the atmosphere! Would recommend to anyone as a great place to stay if all you want is a room for the night at a good rate.

“Great location but bathroom had blocked drain”

This hotel is very well located and the staff is very helpfull. However I had one issue where teh drain in the bathtub was flowing very slow and although I spoke to the front desk twice about this nothing was done. Finally after 2 days they offered to change my room but by then we were so settled in the room we did not want to do it.

“Great value in Seville”

Just back from a weekend in Seville. Hotels in Seville can be on the more expensive side and the Novotel had an offer where children stayed for free and ate breakfast for free. The hotel has a car park which was also really helpful. Upon check in my boys were each given a teddy bear and lolipop which they thought was great, within minutes of arriving at our room additional towels were delivered. The room was clean spacious and very importantly in Seville air conditioned. The pool area could do with a few more sunbeds but otherwise was great. Towels are provided at the pool for you to use. We really enjoyed our stay, a great location if your going to see a football match as the hotl is next door to the stadium, and for the ladies the other side of the hotel is a large shopping centre with cinema complex. We would def stay here again on our next trip.

“Good clean Hotel”

Novotel is a little out of centrat Seville. On main road so finding and onsite parking was easy. Metro next door so get the metro in and out of town center - costs around 1Euro. Good clean hotel

“fantastic choice for city break”

staff were fantastic from start to end of trip. family room big and comfortable. Pool clean and well looked after. Hotel is a 20 minute walk to centre of Sevile or a five minute walk from the Metro. The hotel is a two minute walk from a shopping centre and restaurants (including TGIs). Would def recommend ++++

“Brilliant”

This Hotel was in a great location within a 10 minute walk to the centre of Seville and the Plaza de Espana. The family room was of a good standard (clean and well equipped) in the reception area there was a small play area for the children, and yes it included an Xbox 360. Breakfast was of a good standard, the only disappointment for the children was the fact that the pool was closed!

Had a long weekend break in beautiful seville and the novotel met all the requirements we desired. Would have no reservations in recommending this hotel at all.

“Not Impressed with the Hotel”

The hotel was definitely not like any of the other Novotels I have stayed at, the room was dingy, the bed was definitely not comfortable. They didnt have the basics and when you ask them, we were told that Novotel never provides it! There overall service was rubbish, it was like they didn't want us there!!! I definitely would not Stay here again!!!
