Family
This was our second stay and book 2 bed rooms and was upgrade to a bigger room. The staffs was polite and friendly. There is a direct bus (6015) from the airport and stop in front of the apartment which is very convenient. It's near to Seoul station Chungjeongo station and Lotte Mart. We found out that take a taxi to the surrounding area is much more convenient, fast and cheaper especially when you travel with family of four. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

very nice location, near Seoul station, with Emart and café just nearby. the place is clean and big enough for a family of 4. the staff were friendly and could speak English enough to accommodate our concerns. we're very satisfied.

Good for families
We stayed in 2 different rooms with a break in between. The second room was not as good as the first, some lights were flickering, the shower strength was a bit weak and water temperature fluctuates. The towel replacement is inconsistent with number of towels replaced every day and we have to call housekeeping almost daily. The wifi lost connection a couple of days and had to ask housekeeping for help again. However the service is always prompt and friendly. Overall the place is still good with a bit more space for 4 pax and the washer/dryer is a life saver. Also easy walking distance from a few subways on different lines.

The place is spacious for family of 4, just that only 1 toilet/ bathroom available. There's basic cleaning every day but not hotel level service. The space and in unit washer/ dryer makes up for cleaning service. The concierge is responsive and comes with the missing items quickly eg short on towels, whenever we call. The apartments are walking distance to a few different stations, and easy access with airport limousine.

Everything in the room was in good working order and clean though a bit shabby. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that the curtains in the bedroom were thin and did not block the light very well, making it difficult to sleep. The living room curtains were very nice, if only these had been in the bedroom as well!

I'm so glad I booked this place
Staff were absolutely lovely and the view was amazing from my room. I felt I had a lot of freedom to do what I want when I want as the washing machine was nice and quiet, nobody bothers you if you put a sign on your door, and you dont have any noise. The staff are really good at solving problems if you need their help and they look after you. There is a manual in your room than covers everything in English. It's minutes away from Seoul station, and seconds away from the airport bus stop (6021). Klook or trazy will deliver your luggage to and from the hotel if you want (I did this just one way rather than lug 23kg on the airport railroad - you dont need it if you take the airport limousine). You can get a 'Discover Seoul' pass as everything is fairly close and with the kakao map telling you when the transport will arrive and and the Discover Seoul pass doubling as a T money card, you can really make use of how well connected the location is. Lots of convenience stores nearby, and it feels very safe to walk at night. The room was really clean and comfortable and I had an amazing holiday here.

Location is great. Walking distance to Seoul Station. This is our second stay in 7 years. The hotel is starting to really show wear. We have used it for the end of our stay in Korea because of the location and accommodation of our family with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and washing machine.

The property is in walking distance to subway station. It is a long walk from the lobby to our room in 2 separate elevators. There is no microwave in the kitchen and we had to ask for an iron. The water was cold so we had to have someone came up to turn on the hot water.

Had a nice 2 bedroom on the 31st floor. Beautiful view; but needed to be repainted in a few areas. Kitchen did not have forks, knives or glasses. Only chopsticks, spoons and coffee cups.

The location was good, it was very easy to get around Seoul from here. The large windows offered a great view of Seoul. The washing machine was very useful. It had a stove top for you if you wanted to cook, although we did not use it. The property could use some maintenance, kitchen cabinets were cracked, ceiling was peeling, the large walk-in closet light wasn't working. But those were all just superficial. The main reason we used this hotel was it's good location, the washing machine and kitchen, and to sleep; and it was very good in that respect for our needs.

Sink had fallen from bathroom and was mouldy. No glasses to drink from. Drinking water tap broken. Only two towels in a family apart ent. Beds were uncomfortable. Location great for buses... That's it.

nice big room lots of storeage for all your stuff, nice kitchen, full size fridge and freezer and large washing machime.Shower takes time to work out and adjust and could not figure out how too adjust heating in room Staff friendly and understand english. Disappointing Property Condition
Rooms are pretty run down. Kettle was leaking when we check in. Had to change 3 rooms in a duration of 6 days. First was due to the smell caused by the previous tenant smoking in the room. Second room was changed due to Air Conditioning problem. Had booking another 2 bed room suite and turns out there is only 1 towel in the room. The suite should be able to accommodate up to 4 persons.

Great staff service with worn out facilities
I had a pleasant stay in Seoul at this serviced apartment- good location with easy reach to every corner of Central Seoul. Airport shuttle no.6015 stops right in front of the building and subway is within walking distance. Staff service was remarkable. I stayed with a group of friends which we made a few requests and they were trying their best to provide us the service - big thanks to Min and the lady Manager. The dissapointing part was the accomodation itself which was inevitably significant to the stay. The condition was a bit worn out. The air conditioned in my friends' room was broken making the room too warm to stay in. And that we had to change the room at 2 am. It'd be nice if the facilities were well taken cared of and had a regular condition check. Overall was ok.

It was okay
The room they offered first had a washing machine that didn’t work, so they gave us another room with a functioning washing machine. But then the air conditioner wasn’t working properly, the room was so warm despite the air con being on. It was relatively clean, they changed towels everyday and made the beds. The location is very central, pretty close to the Seoul station.

Great hotel
Great location, friendly staff, outstanding amenities. However, towels sandals are a bit old and worn out even though their sheets and bed cover are new.. Overall I always stay here because of their location, friendly staff and also price.

When we returned from outing on the second day, garvages, cardboard boxes in the kitchen remained untouched,it was picked up after I called the front desk. otherwise overall nice stay.

Home away from home
Julia was very sweet and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay close to the center of Seoul. We rented a two bedroom one bath suite with a small kitchen and a washer and drier. Coffee shops on the same block and a grocery store. I will definitely stay there again if I go back to Seoul! Stay on the upper floors, there is a construction going on across the street.

Let Down!
Seoul Station area is not a good area to stay, pretty dead at night and way too many beggars during the day time. The apartment was a huge let down. Staff did bare minimum, and the apartment itself was horrible. Has potential to be excellent but everything is dirty and run down.
