we got to the hotel and it was closed. No notice that it was closed before we got there. We had to find another hotel that cost more. Not a pleasant experience.

Dear Roberta, thank you for choosing us. Our hotel is open every day all year round, except 2 weeks for Christmas. The day of your booking we were open and we were waiting for you, but you did No-Show. Probably you ended up to the wrong hotel by mistake, and we are very sorry about it. Great stay
We found Raffaello to be a great hotel. Staff were eager to make our stay comfortable. The room was immaculate. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From there multiple cities are easily accessible including Pesaro is a 20 minute ride. The train tracks run right past the hotel, however the rooms are well insulated with quadruple pain windows. If you leave the windows closed you're fine. Everything was fantastic, although I would have preferred a softer bed. (of note: the hotel is a five minute walk to the famous Michelin 3-Star restaurant Uliassi - reserve well in advance of your trip.)

We were given a room next to the railway line but when we complained the manager found us another room where the noise was acceptable

Great location close to beach and town center
We spent two weeks at this hotel - it was extremely conveniently located, an easy walk to the beach and town - 5 minutes! Comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, delicious breakfasts, nice amenities - rooftop pool and terrace, bike rental, beach towels and beach umbrella/chair rental. Lovely park/gardens next door. Not noisy despite proximity to train station, in fact, quieter than along the busy beach strip. Lots of nearby restaurants. Family friendly.Would definitely stay here again!

Std room was extremely tired and depressing.
Was forced by circumstances to pay an extra 40 euro a night to obtain a Satisfactory room. The allocated Std room at 120 euros a Nite was very poor indeed.

Perfectly located and definitely recommended
Having recently returned from a week staying at this hotel, I would definitely recommend it, and Senigallia to others. The hotel was conveniently situated 5 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the old town. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, unfortunately the bed was rock solid and not to our liking, the roof top swimming pool was a real novelty. The room was especially well cleaned too, with Sky, a Safe and a Mini Bar, we felt it had everything we needed. Sengallia itself is a lively town, with few British visitors, providing a real taste of Italy, with many lively coffee shops and restaurants to visit. The architecture is interesting and the International Bread Festival in the castle grounds (Pane Nostrum) was a real bonus, bringing even more life to the town. Definitely try the Gelato, and take a trip to the sandy beach for a swim, paddle, or scavenge with the locals for washed up shell fish! Overall, a good stay, definitely recommended.

In a budget market this is the best hotel in town
The hotel is newest of the big hotels in town. The only two business friendly choices in town are this hotel and the Holiday Inn Express. The holiday inn is outside of town and you need a car to get there. This hotel is beside the train station and two blocks from the beach. Rooms that face the tracks get some train noise though the hotel built a sound barrier and got special windows to mitigate the problem. Fast wireless interent. Good breakfast. Close to historical pedestrianized zone. Good choice for business.

Hotellet er rent og pent, og de ansatte yter fantastisk god service! Bassengområdet på taket er flott, men bassenget litt lite dersom en ønsker å svømme. Det er heldigvis kort vei til stranden, som er veldig fin og har en rekke aktiviteter. Mange gode restauranter i nærheten. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

Det bestilte værelse havde en ubrugelig “balkon”. En extrabetaling på 230,00 kr. pr. nat gav en lille, men brugbar balkon på 6 m3, 80 cm. dyb. Togbane 50 meter borte standsede alsamtale. Nyere hotel uden vand i poolen start maj. For dyrt ophold.

La struttura è situata in una posizione strategica di Senigallia, letteralmente a 2 passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Devo complimentarmi per la cordialità del personale e per ľottima prima colazione. La struttura è moderna ed è arredata con gusto, la camera aseegnatami era silenziosa e ben rifornita di necessaire per la toeletta.

Struttura nuova e ben curata. Personal gentile e disponibile. La pulizia della camera buona, peccato per alcuni capelli presenti in bagno, dovrebbero porre maggior attenzione. L'hotel si trova ad un passo dal mare e dal centro cittadino, facilmente raggiungibile grazie al sottopasso sito difronte alla struttura dal quale si può raggiungere in due minuti anche la stazione ferroviaria.

Hotel bellissimo vicino al lungomare di Senigallia. Le camere spaziose con arredamento moderno. Il punto forte è la piscina al quinto piano con panorama sulla città. Assolutamente consigliato il ristorante e l'aperitivo rooftop.

Ottimo per visitare il centro storico.
Situato a breve distanza dal centro storico è sicuramente una ottima scelta per visitare i monumenti più interessanti della città; in particolare da non perdere la Rocca e la palazzina Baviera, questa è un vero gioiello con ricchissime decorazioni interne; l’ hotel è situato vicino alla ferrovia ma una perfetta insonorizzazione elimina qualsiasi disturbo; pulizia impeccabile e arredi in stile minimale, forse un po’ “ freddino” ma eleganti; personale molto efficiente e cordiale; un soggiorno molto gradevole.

Nice hotel.
One night in Senigallia, the hotel is very good looking, almost empty, very friendly staff. Great roof top terrasse with fancy swimming pool and jacuzzi. A bit noisy in the room, you can easily hear every sound in the hallway, and the cleaning staff in the room next to mine. The restaurant was close so I didn’t try it.
