“Have stayed here before and would come back again”

The building and our room were clean. Our room was spacious. And free internet was a nice plus. Coffee and cookies were available all day in the lobby.

“Stay was OK”

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. I was very disappointed that they would not let me use my 15% discount coupon from Premium Outlets because I booked my room through Expedia. I thought that was unfair and misleading.

Achieved it's purpose as the home base for our tour of the finger lakes wine trails. We have no problems with the hotel. It was clean, which is one of our primary criteria for a hotel. If we wanted more, we would have paid a lot more for it. I would recommend it to those who don't want to pay a lot.

“They deleted my 2 night reservation when I failed to show up on night 1, even though prepaid.”

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, and met my expectations, as long as you expect a Microtel room to be small. The only issue I had was that I had a 2 night reservation, couldnt make the first night, showed up the second night to find my reservation cancelled. Of course they were keeping the money, and here I was at 11pm needing a room. The only way they were going to give me one was if I handed over the credit card. I had to, it was nearly midnight by now and I needed a room. So here I am paying for 3 nights, and getting to use 1. I am OK with paying for 2 and getting to use 1, as I was the one who failed to show up on night #1 (family emergencey...). It was the fact that the person who was managing that night, deleted me from the system even though I had prepaid two nights through Expedia. Other than that, a nice place.

“Great for the price”

This is a Microtel! It is just like the other Microtels I have stayed at. It is clean, includes a continental breakfast and the same amenities you expect from the higher priced places nearby. The room is just a bit smaller than some. I was comfortable and happy with the place... it was all I needed. I will probably start looking for Mictrotels when travel alone.

“Needs updating”

Sheets were clean but facility and fixtures were old and dingy. Felt more like a low cost establishment and was surprised by the relatively high price. Would not recommend

“Not quite up to par!”

We checked in left our bags in the room and left to visit the area attractions, had dinner and came back late. (Our wives looked forward to having a cookie as advertised "24hours a day") to our dismay the hostess said they were only available at check in. My response is "when do you know what time I am checking in?" That was overlooked but then thinking we didn't need to check the bathroom before we left. We soon discovered the Toilet was never cleaned! It had been used and never flushed! Rather than create a further disturbance at that hour we flushed and wiped it clean. Only because of its location would we recommend it and then by also adding our experience to that recommendation.

Pleasant, clean, low cost hotel. 10 minutes from Waterloo Outlet Mall. Walking distance from grocery and restaurants.
