What made our experience great was the staff. They're so helpful and accommodating. They really take care of the guests and make sure we're having a good trip! The villa itself is beautiful, well placed and we never had any complaints.

It is a perfect place to stay if you want to be central to everything, the property is clean and quiet despite being only 100m from the main street. Bintang supermarket is a 3-4 min walk , money changer a couple minutes down the road and a 5 min drive to the beach, you could walk but it feels like a long way int he tropical climate. The pool is spacious and is always the perfect temperature to swim. The single bedroom villa has a huge king size bed ( 3 pillow lengths) it is only air conditioned in the bedroom not down stairs living area. There are light curtains on the window so the room does get light early with the sunrise. Breakfast was pleasant with a choice of 5 options a day and your choice of delivery time. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff were friendly and greeted you every time you passed. security is at the villa during the hours the reception is closed. The only downside is that the only beverages available at the hotel are bintang or guinnes. I cannot fault the property at all and would stay again.

The pool area is quite dangerous the wooden boarding is lifted in places and the edges are sharp the padded lounger seats smell awful because they never get dried. The villa is lovely clean and spacious, The staff are friendly.The area full of nice places to eat, there's a water park quite close,lots of shops and a pharmacist the is excellent.

The villa is very old, not maintained. Many mosquitos. Wifi was not secure and would cut out frequently. Water wasn't hot. Seminyak in general isnt a great place too. If you are a tourist people will harass you every chance they can to take a taxi or buy a shirt. Check out Ubud and Uluwatu.

The villa was spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach. It is situated off the main street so its quiet. Swimming pool is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Within walking distance of good restaurants.

To say we were disappointed when we arrived to the hotel would be an understatement. The hotel was going through renovations which we were never told about. The water from where they were renovating was running into the pool. The room was nothing like the pictures in the hotel. Items in the kitchen were dirty and looked like they had never been washed. We ended up finding other accommodation which wasn't in our budget but we could not stay here.

Good villa accommodation close to main street.
We stayed four nights at KK III. Villas are very spacious and clean. Close to many shops and restaurants. Pool is big but deep in most of it (not suitable for very young children) Breakfast delivered to your room each day is nice and options change daily. Staff very nice and always helpful. Only negative is there is renovation work at the moment on a new reception and it is making noise and dust and it's right next to the pool.

Cozy villa
My husband and I stayed in a 1 bedroom villa and it was lovely. We loved having our kitchen and sitting area outdoors but still having the bedroom with air conditioning and closed off from mosquitoes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, you chose from a menu and they deliver it to your kitchen table at your specified time. The only downfall was they are renovating the lobby, which is next to the pool. You are still able to use the pool area but it wasn’t very relaxing with all the construction. They are very respectful and only work during the day and you cannot hear it from your villa. There is a nice beach a short walk away as well as many shops and restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit Bali.

Yes, this hotel is a little dated but it is in a great spot, close to Seminyak Square. Nice and quiet. Rooms are clean and well-appointed. The staff and pool are the highlight of this hotel. Breakfast is a nice bonus. Could do with a little maintenance (power points next to the bed didn't work) but nothing that impacted negatively on our stay. Would stay here again. Great hotel for the price point. Villas are a good size.

Kumpul Kumpul was in a good position,. Great pool. Private villas. Friendly staff. Quiet. However, we found that the mattress and chairs were really hard and uncomfortable and the stairs going up to the bedroom were steep.

Staff are fantastic, pool was great, the villas are very spacious much better than just having an hotel room. The interior of the villa is a little tired could do with some more soft furnishings and some furniture for the upstairs balcony. Hot water service is a little small but overall good value for money.

Nice villa. Good location

Transport was waiting for us on arrival at airport, friendly welcome at hotel, initial impression of room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Pool & pool area great, always kept clean and never felt over crowded. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but enough to chose. We would definitely stay again, great location for shopping, restaurants and beach. Excellent value.

Tucked away on a little road off the Main Street, this villa was quiet and tranquil. Everything you need is nearby - restaurants, massage shops, money exchangers, etc. 15 minute walk to beach, and 2km from eat street. Our one bedroom villa was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Huge bedroom and bathroom, but lots of steep stairs up to the bedroom! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and there were plenty of sun lounges with towels laid out on them. Breakfast was quite ok, but not many choices. Would stay here again for sure.

Our one bed room villa was a pleasant surprise.
The lower living area was great for relaxing with full kitchen, cooking facilities for those that want it. Large refrigerator and instead of the 2 free bottles of drinking water you get at other hotels, we had our own water dispenser with bottles replaced as needed. The bed room and bathroom upstairs was air conditioned and very clean and comfortable. The central pool was always kept clean and was a great place to socialise with other guests. Only having around 14 other villas, the hotel and pool area was always pleasantly quiet, and a more friendly and intimate setting for guests and staff to talk.

Location is fab Walking distance to Bintang shopping centre, double six beach and street & boutique shops has everything you need. Rooms are spacious, clean and excellent air conditioning. Sugar the resident chef is such a lovely man, always lovely to see his cheery face when he brought our delicious breakfast each morning. Pool area is wonderful we were disappointed that there wasn't a swim up bar but we got over that. Just such a peaceful relaxing place to stay. We will return again

Location is good as close to supermarket, exchange booth, shops and cafes. Room is large enough to relax well but shower room need to be improved as hot water won't covered for number of people stay in the room.

Friendly obliging staff well managed
The establishment consists of private villas surrounding a good sized swimming pool. Happy staff very friendly and obliging. The rooms were clean and adequate for the tariff perhaps the hot water supply in the shower was minimal for two. However for us the pool and the constant 30 degree temperature meant a piping hot shower wasn't a priority. The pool could do with some extra outdoor sun loungers, with a full house at times it was hard to get a spot. The hotel is very close to a busy, bustling noisy main road but none of this noise can be heard in the villa, it is very quiet. Overall excellent value for money, my second stay and will return again.
