Over all very nice and value for money
Check in was great, and all the staff very friendly. We had a very nice meal (my wife’s veggie dish was amazing) , and the breakfast was pretty good too. Do try squeezing you own oranges. The place is a little dated in places but they are in the middle of renovations, which did not affect us in any way. Could do with some usb charging points. We asked for some more pillows, which they took from an unoccupied room and they smelt a little musky. They were very comfortable though, as was the bed. We found the location was good, quiet and easy to find. Over all good, and good value for money. I shall stay here again on our next trip.

Change of name but no change to hotel
Works fine for an overnight stay whilst travelling down France. The rooms have been redecorated recently. The hotel has recently changed from Kyriad to Brit but staff and restaurant menu have remained the same.

New owners make a difference
Staff were friendly, rooms repainted and better mechanical ventilation installed post COVID. The thing we noticed most was an improvement in the quality of the food in the restaurant.

Pleasant value for money stay
Nothing had really changed from when it was Kyriad. The staff were very helpful and nothing seemed to phase them. The room was clean and quiet so restful night after a days driving.

Room allocated was not cleaned but changed to different room immediately when pointed out to reception. Could use a little updating. Food really nice and staff friendly. Appropriate safety measures in place. Good location for us as a walk into Rouen 30mins. Uphill on way back!

Convenient overnight stop when travelling south.
We frequently stay here en route to our destination. The hotel is clean and comfortable, has a large bed, free wifi and ample parking. Both rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The Restaurant is shut at the weekend, but we have eaten there when travelling mid week and the food has been good. It's conveniently close to a large Hyper Market and shopping complex. The area is quiet and we will continue to use this hotel.

Great hotel in a quiet area.
We have previously stayed here and will continue to do so. The rooms are comfortable, clean, have a large bed and good sized bathroom. Parking is free and wifi is good. The hotel is in a quiet area and there is a shopping mall, with a large Carrefour next to it. We have never stayed here at a weekend previously and were slightly disappointed that the restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Fortunately, a nearby hotel had a restaurant that was open. We will stay here again, but probably on a week night as the food was good and even had a Vegetarian menu which is rare in France.

Decent hotel, good value for money
Was visiting family for a few days in Rouen. It is not far from the center, quiet. Staff is very nice. Rooms are basic but clean.

Not quite it's usual standard
Somewhat average there was an electric socket out of the wall and a bulb out in the bedroom, which was otherwise clean a d comfortable. Dinner was not great possibly because most of the food is not prepared from scratch on the premises according to the menu. Breakfast a typical standard French buffet with a new addition of bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs, did not try the latter.

Well situated, close to Hypermarket.
A convenient stopping point en route down South. Comfortable bedroom, with a large bed and good shower room. We were in a connecting room, and although our "neighbours" were quiet, we could hear their conversation....best avoided next time! The restaurant was busy and the food was good. There was a separate Vegetarian Menu which is unusual in France. Plenty of parking, free wifi and right next to a large Hypermarket, Petrol Station etc. We will stay there again but will ensure it's not a connecting room!

adequate for overnight stay.
We booked through expedia but the date had to be changed last minute and we informed reception direct by phone as soon as we realised. We were told the price would not be that of expedia but would be their normal rate for the one night excl. breakfast. The room allotted to us appeared to be the one seen and booked through expedia at a good price. It turned out to be a small attic bedroom with skylight situated on the 5th floor, five flights of stairs and no lift available. The absence of a lift was not mentioned on hotel information and at our age we would have thought twice with prior knowledge. We spoke with the Manager the next morning who was adamant the small room and bed at the top of the hotel was of their standard. We disagreed. We hope that Expedia will refund the money we paid to them as we have now paid twice. Once to the hotel and a debit on our bank statement to Expedia.

Busy but calm
This was just a stopover night, the hotel was quite busy with business travellers and the restaurant was full the staff coped well keeping all tables moving. The rooms are standard but clean, quiet and comfortable with reliable free wifi.

Not the best Kyriad Hotel
Hotel was not easy to find and our "welcome" was anything but warm. The lady on reception was officious and made no attempt to "engage" with us. The room was basic, but clean and the beds were comfortable. We booked a table for our evening meal as we have eaten at numerous Kyriad hotels in the past and the food has always been good. I can now say that after holidaying in France for over 20 years, our evening meal was the worst we have ever been served. The fish and chips my wife had were served in a cardboard box and the fish had obviously been frozen and appeared to be reconstituted. I had a veal dish that was bland and overcooked. We both opted for the desert buffet, which seemed to mainly consist of items such as Smarties. The standard of the food was poor and it was also expensive. I must say on the positive side that our waitress, Justine, was delightful. We stayed at the Kyriad on our way back up from the Dordogne as it was a convenient distance from Calais for an overnight stay. We also looked at previous reviews and should have taken more notice of some of the warnings. The staff at this hotel should go and visit their colleagues in Chambray les Tours, where we stayed on our way down. This is a fantastic budget hotel that we would recommend to anyone. Bottom line here is that I wouldn't use this hotel again and would warn others to do so at their peril.

Inexpensive hotel chosen for a quick overnight stay. Pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room. Hotel in lovely area and was not worried about leaving loaded car. Eat in the restaurant for convenious. Reasonably price and enjoyable. Breakfast was usual continental type but well presented and had plenty to eat. Will stay again on our way to Bordeaux.

Hotel Kyriad North Rouen
Nice hotel, welcoming staff, who were very helpful in directing us after GoogleMaps brought us to the wrong location (500 metres adrift, but it might as well have been anywhere). It was a very nice experience with all the facilities we wanted, and a good evening meal. A big shopping centre with fuel station was convenient without being overbearing.

Why have we not called here before
Hotel was quiet maybe the reason the price was so good. Dance seems to have left the north for the south. The food was good compared to the Campanile just 500m up the road where we usually stay. Will use the kyriad again.

Hotel Kyriad Rouen Nord - Mont Saint Aignan
We spent a very pleasant night at Hotel Kyriad Rouen Nord, Mont Saint Aignan. Upon arrival early evening, the hotel restaurant was open and served an enjoyable choice for evening meal reasonably priced. We were then able to take a short but comfortable walk before retiring to a very comfortable bed. Being on the third floor wasn't a problem as we had previously learnt that most smaller hotels do not supply lifts despite perhaps having heavy bags to carry! Our only problem had been finding the hotel, our sat nave had taken us to a smart residential area of same region!

Overall a nice stay. Beds were very good. Only complaint was the first room we were given smelt of cigarettes, and initial response from receptionist was "to open the windows". But they did then move us after I pointed out that wasn't a good solution.
