Good convenient location for exploring Rouen - near the Cathedral, a good amount of food options around. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Only downside was room got a little stuffy meaning we had to open the window, but the traffic and noises outside meant that the sleep was not so good. Other than that, fine for a short stay.

Very walkable to most of the attractions in Rouen, plus many good restaurants. Having on-site parking was a plus and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good stay.

Great little hotel in centre of town
Great little hotel not far from the cathedral and the rest of town. Would stay again but would definitely request a room on a lower floor as there’s no lift and the Wifi didn’t really work on the 4th floor! Parking space was a bonus. Charged €15 per day in secure car park.

Amazing central location!
Amazing central location, 10 mins walk from cathedral and sights - and with parking (supplement). You can't ask for a better location. Restaurants and bars a plenty in the area!

Hôtel du Québec, it’s definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. 1) All the employees there were super nice, especially, the father and the son. (The son gave me detailed explanations of the sightseeing spots in the city and of the hotel, and the father was nice enough to lend me his iPhone charger .) The ambience of the hotel is very friendly and caring ! 2) The room was spacious.and clean. 3) The breakfast was very good. 4)It’s so easy to get to anywhere, from the hotel, to the churches , restaurants, cafes….. Oh, and if you come from Paris, it’s a good idea to take a bus, because the bus stop is right across the bridge ! If I go back to Rouen, I’ll definitely stay at Hotel du Quebec, without a doubt. Seriously, thank you so very much, Hotel du Quebec, for making my stay in Normandie a very good one

close to city historical center, parking available under reservation, unless paid parking nearby. Room is small and no elevator available. Breakfast (paid separatelly) is good. Staff is very friendly.

Great quality place at a good price
This was really a nice and quiet place not far from the tourist spots in Rouen. We brought a car and they had secure parking nearby. The room was spacious and we had a big bathroom with a toilet room separate. I don't believe they had air conditioning, but they did provide a fan, which was good for one of the beds. The breakfast was pretty good, but scaled down due to covid.

We were in a new room. Very comfortable. Short walk to the cathedral and other nice areas in Rouen. Very helpful front desk. WiFi was a bit spotty at times.

Convenient location just a few minutes away from the cathedral and the center. Although centrally located, it was very easy to find a parking space in the streets. The room was small, even for France's standards, and the hotel in general is outdated. However the staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, the location was superb and the price reasonable.

Its only 2 star but a 2 star GEM made us welcome
Its a 2 star hotel so lets not waste time bemoaning no pool or a la carte cafe. 2 star hotels are mostly hotels that offer great value for money but what makes this one special is the fact that the people who run it care about their service. They really helped us, they were kind, polite and offered us lots of local info and help. We could not have asked for more. The other two things that make me recommend this hotel are the fact that it is very close to Rouen old town but situated on a quiet residential street plus our rooms had balconies. Also, if you are traveling with one or two young children it is ideal because they have rooms that interconnect.

Nice budget hotel
Good budget hotel in an area that's within a short walking distance of restaurants, banks, grocery store, pharmacy and most importantly the major sights!! Our room was clean but a little tight for 3 of us. However, for the price and location, you can't beat it!! The car parking was a fair price, easy and secure.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was all you could eat continental buffet. Bathroom small but impeccably clean. Bed mattress was a bit soft for me, but that's personal choice it could be perfect for some people. Only 5 minute walk from cathedral and old part of town. Would definitely go back again.

Great location, our e-mail to reserve parking either didn't get there or they let our space go as we were a late arrival. We did phone when the motorway was blocked to say we would be late. Having a lot of luggage we'd have preferred to leave in the car, no secure parking meant taking everything into the hotel from around the block and up two flights of stairs. There is a lift but it's tiny and not practical if you have large items. Staff were friendly and location is great, make sure they get the message about parking if you need it and it's a reasonably good budget hotel.

Very basic hotel, but staff very nice and helpful, parking in secure car park very much appreciated. Shower rooms a little too small for those of a larger size, and difficult for the elderly or disabled. But for able bodied for one night, was fine

Cheap, quiet and clean.
Since we needed the room for one night only, the room was perfect for us. We had requested parking ahead of time and, when we called in the morning to confirm, our parking had already been reserved for us. The staff was more than accommodating and the breakfast was really good.
