The photographs represent the home exactly and we could even say that more features are included in the property that isn't photographed. The neighborhood is The Village of Oak Creek and it's a very sought-after neighborhood in Sedona with many million dollar homes, we're very sorry you felt otherwise. We also apologize for the way the house rules made you feel. The rules are general care instructions such as take out the trash before your departure and please place your dishes in the provided dishwasher. These rules are set in place to ensure that all of our customers receive the property in a timely manner and with the same excellent standard of care, we pride ourselves in.
