They did not honor our reservation from Hotels.com. Place felt dirty from the lobby. Front desk was not helpful and gave us false information about room availability causing us to waste hours of our time waiting to see if a room would open. Up.
It sucked. The room was too small, outdated furnitture. The bathroom light work only part of the time and was horrible.

The owner is rude they charge you if they even allow you any guest at all day or night other that the people that stay there pretty much love there and help each other if needed the owner is rude speaks little English it wasn't the cleanest but felt like home..if they got some better start and stop extorting money from their guest I'd stay there again 4sure..
I fell in the room- the rolling chair rolled out from under me injuring my back and left hand. I am still sore. I informed the person on duty as I checked out . NO RESPOBSE
The property was was located in a scary part of town and there were some sketchy people loitering around. The inside hallway was quite dirty and had sizable stains on it. At one point, there was a stained mattress leaned up against the front of the building and an employee was using a hose and soap to wash it. The room itself was mostly clean but had not been thoroughly inspected after the previous guests because we found items left in the refrigerator. The staff was friendly but did not speak much English so it was difficult to understand the rates and regulations.

Did not have high expectations but this hotel was survivable for a one night stay. Everything is just in mediocre condition and has a very used appearance. However there were no bugs found which was a plus.

We found a bug in the bed. but everything else quiet thank for your service.
This was a horrible hotel. the place was gross. the chandelier in my room was falling off wiring showing. I was scared to even crawl in bed. I left after an hour of being their. and was still charged $50.

Always report the issue and ask for the different room in such case.
The bedspread was dingy the sheets didn't fit the bed and they didn't seem to be all that clean the walls were marked up and didn't look like they've been cleaned that well bad wasn't that comfortabl
I thought this was a travel lodge, it certainly wasn't, after they charged me for the room, adding 10 bucks for my daughter, they demanded a 20 cash deposit for the plastic key card for the room key. Will never stay here again.

Call if your check in is after 9 PM
This hotel has the strange rule that you need to call if you are going to check in after 9 PM. I was on the road dealing with traffic and I forgot about the rule so when I got there they have rented my room. I made a reservation for 2 beds and since they have rented my room the only room available was a 1 one bed so it was not a comfortable night before a day of flights.
disgusting. Dirty. Useless staff. Far from everything. Cigarette burns in the sheets even though a nonsmoking room. This place should be shut down. Had to complain before they would even clean the room
This place is terrible! There was bed bugs and they refused to give my whole deposit back! Horrible stay I have bed bug bites everywhere don't stay here!
Young man, hotel clerk very nice. But then the housekeeper was accusing us of having a dog in our room, but we didn't have any animals with us. She kept going on, until I offered her to search my room.
Called & said would be arriving late(several hrs after check in time on website) was told its ok. My plan got delayed & arrived even later, 2 uber drivers canceled on a 5mile fare so i had to find a bus at 12pm. Got there and they gave my room away & didn't tell me of a room cancelation after a certain time when i called. Nor was it in anything that was emailed to me. They called another hotel (horrible room experience there, nice staff) only good thing is owner drove me to the 2nd hotel cause i would have had to walk 32 blocks or attempt an uber again.
My husband and I just wanted to have a place to crash after a concert so we weren't looking for anything fancy... and that's exactly what we paid for. Beds were hard, pillows were hard, blankets were thin, curtains weren't long enough. The staff act like factory workers and you literally can't understand a word some of them say. The lady at the front just stared at me waiting for my card and I didn't even know what I was supposed to be paying for so she said she would call her boss, but what for? Very confusing.
Dissapointing: Poor Service; Dirty Carpets; Holes in the blankets; patches on the sheets; mold around the sink and the tub; cigarette burns on the tub and furniture, Duct Tape used to hold the carpet together in the hallway; no change of linens or towels for the 3 days we were there; food crumbs in the "bible" drawer; drapes falling down - also had holes in them; kleenex holder hanging from the facing of the sink - no kleenex; dirty furniture; shower curtain hem had been trimmed off to get rid of the mold (speculation); bathroom was not serviced the whole time we were there; one bar of soap for three days for two people; wife received 5 spider bites while trying to sleep on mattresses that were no better than sleeping on the ground; staff only evident during check-in time; worst value for money that we've ever experienced in a motel!!!

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you did not receive housekeeping, but remember that you also had the "do not disturb" sign on your door for the duration of your stay.
The only hotel that was available due to last minute booking. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at. Service was poor. Carpets were disgusting in hallways. Whole hotel smelt of smoke. Room was clean but overall hotel was disgusting. Do not stay here.
I would not recommend this hotel. When we arrived the neighborhood was not the greatest and there were questionable people staying there. The entire hotel smelled bad. The room was pretty bad as well. There were several cracks in the tub and the sink wouldn't drain. The only plus was the guy at the front desk. He was extremely nice.
Lamps next to bed weren't functional, heating/cooling unit was missing the temp control,and towels were very thin. Coffee was available only at the front desk. We were expected to leave an extra cash key deposit at time of checking in.

Older hotel, no elevator, steep stairs.
Older hotel, picture on web makes it look a lot larger than it actually is. Two story, stairs fairly steep, no elevator. Location was actually fine, just that being upstairs was very difficult.
Clerk changed price we were charged after we checked in, and was rude when questioned about it.
We will never stay here again.
Room dirty, asked for non smoking room and was put next to smoking room. The room smelled of bad odor. The mattress had seen the last of the springs. The bedsheets had blood stains. Did not look like they were clean
Much farther from airport than stated ,by hotel rep. And advertised. This place is a dump. No working phone, 1 towel in room, TV did not function well, not convenient to airport, restaurants, bus line or entertainment. Hotel Office Rep. Barely spoke English. Not helpful with directions to anywhere. Run away from this establishment!!!
