“Will definitly go back.”
It was a perfect place to stay for our visit to family at Thanksgiving.
“Pretty standard low end place”
Economical stay. People were pleasant. Across from shopping center--that was nice. Convenient to UW. Continental breakfast pretty typical--just toast, prepackaged muffins, oatmeal and a few cereals. Heater was so noisy we had to turn it off. Older hotel. Get what you pay for.
“very good for the cost”
worked good for us clean and close to where we waNTED TO BE
“Broken Promises”
Check-In staff was rude. Pool was closed. Spa was out of order and it didn't look like they were trying to fix it. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No "Do Not Disturb" door hanger. Nice fridge and Microwave. Good WiFi. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
“not recommended”
good location but very poor condition
“"The Lady"”
This place is fine for a one or two night stay. The breakfast was weak and in a cramped space. That would be the only real complaint. "The Lady" in question was there very late the night before and back at it at early AM the next morning. She runs the ship. You can't miss her.
“Handy Hotel”
This hotel is good as a base for a stay. However, if you are looking for high level comfort and facilities then look elsewhere. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and hospitable. We have stayed there three years running as our son is at the nearby University. We thought about a hotel nearer to where he now lives, but have returned to this one as we know the area, has excellent nearby shopping (University Mall), on-site free parking and is slightly away from the down-town traffic which can be an absolute nightmare! The breakfast facilities are very limited, although we returned to our room to eat. Everything worked O.K. - but as indicated - you will receive what you pay for, somewhere clean but basic.
“Hotel has seen better days”
Maintenance was an issue. The light in our room was broken and unsafe to use. When we told the front desk they merely stuck it back together when it should have been replaced. The pictures on the web site clearly do not depict the true condition of the rooms. We will not be staying there again.
“Not fancy, but very convenient”
Very convenient. We were there for a University Of Washington Event. We were able to just park at the hotel and walked to UW or took the bus to downtown. Hotel itself is pretty basic. Dissapointed the hot tub was broken.
“Not Impressed”
Around the inn, there is a big shopping mall which is very convenient. But the service and status of the inn is just normal.
