The hotel is great. Rooms are functional with just enough room for the queen bed and the sofa bed however the pillows were so bad to the point I was afraid I might wake up with neck pain in the morning which luckily did not happen. We were there with another family who had the same issue as well. We checked in late at night and the staff was good. The lady who helped us saw us coming in with a bunch of kids so she grabbed some coloring pens and books for them which was a nice touch.
I'd go back again however I'd check with room service if they do offer a variety of pillows to see what is suitable for us.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit Bellevue. Stephen, one of the front desk staffs was very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed one night, and it's a very nice hotel. Only thing I wish they would change, are their beds. The bedframe sticks out from underneath the mattress, and it's a major hazard! We fell 3 times over the course of one night!

We booked a room for 2 queens in ADVANCED and when we checked in and we’re given 1 king and a pull out couch… we booked for 2 queens for a reason since my mother in law came with us to watch our newborn baby. The room was so small for 3 adults and baby (with our bags and stroller which we had to store in the bathroom) They didn’t even give us pillows or blankets for the couch we had to call at 11pm for someone to give them to us. For $300 not worth it and for the uncaring service from the staff

The beds are incredibly firm. I woke up after two hours and my hips felt like I was laying on a concrete slab. The pillows offer no support either. I ended up sleeping on the couch. I when I went to check out the front desk staff did not ask how the stay was. When I brought up the bed asking if all of them in the hotel was the same and what happened she didn’t even look at me said “sorry to hear that here is your receipt”. It was more the lack of acknowledgment for me. There was also one guy working the restaurant for breakfast and he was having a really hard time keeping up. Just seems like this hotel needs more focus on customer experience and focus.

It started off with checking in at 10pm and was told my room wasn’t ready so they found me a comparable room. The cold water wasn’t working so the water was either extremely hot or hotter. Had an engineer come up the next day but it seemed to go back to normal. Later the same day the water was so hot again so engineer has to come back again to fix.
I also ordered a burger from downstairs on the “well” side but it was so pink/red and inedible.

I enjoyed my stay, the only complaint I have is the inconsistent housekeeping. First 2 days got housekeeping, 3rd day housekeeping came late afternoon right when I was returning to my room for a rest. 4th day housekeeping came around 6pm.

Food was horrible don’t base your dinner plans around the restaurant here but amazing dining and cocktails are only a few blocks away nice clean room friendly staff
Not providing free wifi or breakfast, except to Marriott members, is ridiculous. It's 2022, not having free wifi in your hotel tells me you don't care about your customers.
We didn’t know it would annoy the up charges - $10 to park next door; $14.95 for WiFi and that breakfast started at $13.95. There’s no complimentary coffee and tea.
