Loved this hotel. Exceeded my expectations. The suite was very clean, comfy beds, i liked that they had a bar downstairs. Breakfast included. Easy street parking, everything was great. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 start is because my check out process wasn’t the best. There were 2 employees front desk. They were taking too long, and line was getting big. One of the employees was taking too long to check in their guest while the other employee was on the phone. Some lady cut us in line i told the older man who was working the front desk that we were next in line he didn’t care he proceeded to help her. When we were next i told him we had been waiting in line, he said she was just checking out. I told him so are we and we were patiently waiting in line. Anyways everything was great besides the check out. But i would come back here again if I’m ever in Seattle area again.

The only negative thing that I will say about this property is the cost of parking. I thought the 45 fee was a lot.

Definitely don’t skip on the morning breakfast! We loved that they have long breakfast hours so we don’t need to get up at the crack of dawn on vacation. This was the quietest hotel we’ve ever stayed in and felt very secure at night. There are electric scooters everywhere on the block so transportation is very fun and easy for many hotspots in the city. The only thing we would’ve liked to have is a pool or hot tub on site. Otherwise, amazing stay!

The room was very comfortable with all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. The staff were very hospitable and courteous. I enjoyed the artwork throughout the building.

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, room was equipped with very convenient necessities which it made it easy for us to cook and warm up food. Also abig plus for including breakfast the variety was very good and tasty, will definitely stay again in future trip to Seattle.

Our bartender was very attentive and served us an excellent dinner at a reasonable price in time for us to walk to the Paramount Theatre to see Jim Gaffigan. Great mini-vacation!!

Our coffee machine didnt work, the garage door to the elevator didnt work (we had to walk around to the next floor), the elevators took foreverrrrr and the free breakfast didnt have many worth while dairy free options (we didnt want to just eat bread) and it was super busy so everything ran out so not worth it for us. We did stay during a convention so I definitely understand it being busy, but communication with the staff was easy and I saw everyone working their butts off we also got to check in a few hrs early which was really nice! so realistically its all good and I’m sure things usually are better BUT to spend almost $400 for one night and a $50 charge for parking is kinda crazy in my book.
