Great location. Was able to walk to most places and attractions. Only con would be the showers that looked really worn down and dingy. Great staff and spacious rooms.

Arrived at 4:00 for check in and there was a lot of confusion on if there was a room ready for us. It took 3 staff members to clear it up and get us checked in for our reserved room. It was frustrating to have a reservation and then be told that it was potentially not ready. Everything is additional fees. $70.00 to use onsite parking garage.
This hotel is overpriced for what it is most things were broken and pur room was still dirty and not completely clean when we check in and they also have a bunch of other fees they dont mention until you are there.

The property is great, the only downside is the cost of parking. It would be great if parking was included in the overall cost. The area around this hotel is very dirty as it is close to Pike place.
I had trouble accessing the services that the hotel provided. It was shown on TV but I couldn’t access them

The hotel was nice but Internet was bad and room service with ice cream was left outside my door with no or very soft knock. Phone to call room service was not working.

Facility is clean and welcoming. There should have been notification that parking was additional and not cheap! Facility only had one choice for dining.

Unfortunately the tub dripped and got worse after staff tried to fix it. Bathroom sliding door didn't always close.

My phone didn’t work in my room - and then didn’t have heat my entire stay. I had texted the number about it with a picture of the thermostat - and someone from maintenance was supposed to come look at it.
At almost midnight I texted again- just asking for some more blankets - for no one from maintenance ever came to look at it that day. And then no response on that message. I ended up leaving the facility at 3am- for my noon flight - the airport was warmer and there was such a breeze my hands and face were stiff and bright pink. It was an extremely expensive weekend stay / and a cold Seattle weekend for the heat not to be working or even extra blankets given 😔 a bit disappointed - I have never been that cold in a hotel before.

First time in my life was charged for an early check-in. The room is empty. Why charge for something that does not cost anything? Because they can?
Then there was the destination charge. I booked and paid on Expedia. I should then get a room, but did not as there was a destination charge. In much of the world this is illegal. The issue is if Expedia screwed up on the price they showed or is Hilton pulling a fast one. As Expedia pricing is all automated and comes from Hilton, I recommend against staying here.

The hotel, rooms, and staff are nice. The two concerns we had were outside the staff control. The first is either thin walls or noisier neighbors. We were able to hear our neighbors as they moved about their day and we did not have connecting rooms. The other more important concern is the level of homelessness around the hotel. It's truly heartbreaking.

The side of the hotel with the Elephant restaurant (5th ave.) was really loud really late into the night. Loud music being played. Didn't love that. Otherwise our room was great!
