“Extended Stay - Microsoft Annual Meeting 2011”
I had some difficulty finding the hotel on Monday night as I was coming from out of town and I wasn't familiar with that part of Downtown Bellevue east of I-405. The location is a bit tucked away but I booked it because for a 1 night stay for 1 person it was the better value tha.nt Red Lion. This is where I stayed in 2009. Granted, this hotel is really designed for people staying a week or more but it met all but one of my needs for an overnight stay. It doesn't provide a wakeup call service. I use this as a backup to the alarm clock that was provided. I truly appreciated the added value of a kitchenette that allowed me to eat in rather than spent money on meals. Anyone who has spent any time indowntown Bellevue knows that meals out can be a little pricey. The room was immaculate in terms of cleanliness and had all the basics I would expect or need of a hotel. All in all it met my expectations and I would reccomend it to anyone staying in the area who needs a inexpensive extended stay of a few days to a week or more.
“good hotel , but one has to struggle for food as there's no dining within hotel”
Good place to come down for leisure. For me it gave country side feeling. I had to walk so the Downtown , Mall and other places seemed to be bit at disance but if overall good place to stay and spend weekend with family

DECENT HOTEL AND GOOD VALUE
“Convenient location, but not the best kept hotel”
The Extended Stay America needs a little TLC, but overall is an OK place to stay. The service was fine, the rooms were clean, and it's a great location for business in the Bellevue/Redmond area. The rooms could use fresh coat of paint, and the appliances in the min-kitchen area should be replaced - but overall it was a good experience.
“A fine hotel.”
I could not have asked for more. The place was easy to get to -- from everywhere in the Seattle - Bellevue area. Just stay off the freeways during rush hour. The place was clean, I mean clean. It was not overdone, it is a working person's hotel -- a place to stay and be comfortable without unnecessary hype. I will go back, for sure.
“Don't Bother”
A poor choice. Uncomfortable bed, very loud air-conditioner and fridge that "bangs" when the pump goes on, lousy water pressure, and smoky hallways and elevators-when I mentioned the smoke in the elevator ansd suggested a sign for no smoking to the front desk, the reply was"whatever". Do not stay here go anywhere else!
“Nothing wrong with”
Our stay at this Hotel was well recieved. We live locally and needed a place to stay while our floors were refinished. We checked in very late on a friday night without a hitch. The room was clean and quiet (We requested the East side of the building so we were not on the freeway) The bed was comfortable, no springs or dips but not as comfy as home (We're so spoiled) We did notify the Mngmnt about a slow draining bath sink but it didn't effect us. All in all a great stay for the money.
“what was that weird sound at 3 a.m.?”
The hotel is convienently located, but it backs right up to I-405 so if you are sensitive to vehicle noise, this is not the place for you. At about 3 am there was a loud rattling that seemd to go through the entire buidling. I first thought it was an earthquake but it stopped, then started again off and on for at least a few minutes, getting quieter each time. My only thought was that there is some problem with the plumbing like a water surge or unsecured pipes. It happened 2 nights in a row at about the same time.
“perfect for 2 night stay”
Room was nice clean, and included kitchenette being an extended stay hotel. Everything worked just fine and had no problems.
“average”
good and dependable
