Hi, We are so pleased that you thought both location and facilities were great, and thank you for your feedback regarding one of the TVs. As the TV you remarked about is full HD so relatively modern, I assumed it would have an option for subtitles. I will check this at the earliest opportunity, along with the other 2 TVs at the property, and make necessary changes, if required.

So sorry to hear the property didn't live up to your expectations. As for the cleaning, without any details, it is difficult to know what the issue was, but I will bring to attention of the cleaning team, who do take pride in cleaning and maintaining the property to a very high standard. We do receive many Thank You cards and repeat bookings, that prove this. As for an extra shower, the property does have a shower cubicle in the ensuite, as well as a hand held shower over the bath in main bathroom. Along with a downstairs w/c, I believe this 2 bedroom property is well equipped on that front. We always take onboard any constructive criticism, but do not believe it is fully justified in this case. You also failed to mention, how we went out of our way to allow you to park your car in an undesignated parking place, during your stay. And that, we didn't make an issue of you admittingly damaging a kitchen item.

Sorry to hear that some of the cleaning was not up to our high standards, we have had staff shortages recently within our cleaning team, but I'm making no excuses. As for the bedding, we do send this away to be cleaned professionally, but this can result in damage to the fastenings on bottom of quilt covers. We are now assessing using this cleaning procedure ...nevertheless, it sounds that you enjoyed your stay at Seaside House, and would return. We do hope so, and we do ensure issues will have been fully resolved.

I'm very sorry to hear that you felt you had some issues at Seaside House. We have checked the hob and not found any problems, the same goes with the flooring, unless you mean a slight creak with a floor board, but I can guarantee the floor is secure. As for the cleanliness, I will pass that on to the cleaning team, as we do pride ourselves in the usual high standards, that we see in our previous reveiws, and "Thank You" cards that we receive from guests.
