Anytime we are in the Scottsbluff area this is our go to Hotel. Makes you feel right at home. Staff is amazing and all friendly. Small bar for a night cap or mingle with friends. They also have a room with slots. We love relaxing on the 2nd floor patio. Laundry available also. I highly recommend.

Very beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay for National Championship for Biking. They also provide all the racer with extended time for them to finish race and checkout. Will sure come back again.

The person who checked me in refused to end her obviously much more important than me conversation and was very short during the check in process . Maybe she was just having a bad day but that radiated from her. The view out the back looks like a budding junkyard . On a positive note the person who checked me out was polite and friendly .

Very interesting. I grew up in the area and was disappointed on the front desk hospitality. I couldnt hear the explanation of ammenties or where they were. Would I try them again, probably. We all deserve a second chance.

Most horrible staff and check in experience in 40 years of traveling worldwide. Arrived at 12 and was asked to come back at "around 3" since the room wasnt ready. No problem Went to eat and came back at 2 45. The lady at the desk told us that check in was at 3 and we had to wait. I asked to start the registration and it would be 3 by then. She replied that check is at 3 and the room is not ready. Its 2 50 now. I told her that there's only 1 car in the parking lot, the hotel is empty and 4 hours should've been enough to clean our room. She raises her voice and infoms me that check is is at 3. I asked to have reservation canceled and payment refunded. She refused multiple times. Then she grabbed the keycards and threw them at me. I made it clear that she was rude. Her reply was "I threw the cards at you because you are rude". I asked to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused. I asked for cancelation and refund but she refused again. At the elevator, we met the only other guest in the hotel. We asked him and he told us that he checked in early and had no issues.
