The hotel receptionist were very helpful and efficient and sorted out our problem. And would certainly recommend this hotel. The meals in the restaurant were first class. Thank you Taina and Nigel....

Hotel is in short distance from Centre of the city and Olavinlinna that was our main target To visit. Easy To access with car and free parking.

Beautiful view to lake Saimaa close to city center
Excellent location with beautiful views to lake Saimaa yet within walking distance to the city center. Hotel a bit outdated but the views and location make it still a solid option. Recommend rooms with a balcony over to the lake.

Extraordinary location and very nice hotel. However: Standard rooms are very small (we luckily got an upgrade) and sometimes there are lot of people from the adjanced apartments. Breakfast is very excellent; WIFI could be better. Bottom line: Very nice place to stay; get the superior room it's worth the money.

Perfectly pleasant
Aside from the fact it feels a little antiquated despite the exterior, as in the boarding shows through in a few places (looks like mini fridge was ripped out and have to fight to reach sockets) has good facilities, beautiful location and is super convenient for the train station.

Fantastic location and good basic rooms. Nice balconies overlooking the town. Spa was great, well worth a visit. A decent selection for breakfast too.

Mukava kylpylähotelli rauhallisella paikalla
Erittäin mukavat vuoteet ja hyvä runsas aamupala. Kylpylän puoli on vaatimaton, mutta riittävä. Saunassa oli hyvä löyly ja mukavasti tilaa. Hierovat vesisuihkut altaassa olivat ok, mutta porealtaassa oli poreita vaan yhdelle istumapaikalle. Palvelu erittäin ystävällistä, kun työntekijä sattui paikalle.

Parhaat päivänsä nähnyt hotelli, hyvä sijainti.
Majoituimme kaksi yötä. Hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt ja moni yksityiskohta kertoi remonttitarpeesta. Käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneisiin erittäin hyvin, huoneessa oleva pieni jääkaappi ei toiminut. Hotels.comin sivulle saisi laittaa maininnan, että kylpylän käyttö EI kuulu majoituksen hintaan! Kylpylä kuuluu hintaan ainoastaan, jos varaa majoituksen hotellin omalta sivulta - Henkilökunta piti huolen siitä, että tämä tuli hyvin selkeästi vastaanotossa mainittua! Aamupala oli pelkistetty hotelliaamupala, josta ei merkittävää kerrottavaa jäänyt.
