Great location and staff
Great location right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Rooms are large and cleaned everyday. Staff very friendly and helpful

Well maintained and beautiful property right on the beach in Koh Lipe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast with the room is very good and convenient. I’ll be back :)

The hotel kind of not a place to stay for that price, water was very much controlled, the breakfast was not filling. Can say budget 1 star motel. The beach 🏖 full of stone and wave got cuts on my foot too.

More an Eco Adventure hotel than a resort.
The room was big, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and smelly. No soap provided. The breakfast was below average quality and variety. The staff is very kind but they don’t understand what you need beyond the basics. No one was expecting us at the immigration point. We had to find out where was the “resort” and drag our luggage through the sand and rising tide. The main advantage is having the beach just a few steps from our room. The wifi is very slow and only works in the reception.

Dear Victor We will improve the smell in the bathroom as you propose. Breakfast, we have both sausages, fried egg, bread, cookies, cornflakes, milk, fruit juice, tea, coffee, porridge and Thai food. If you think there should be something more in the breakfast. You can introduce us. And no staff on the immigration office, because we sent the staff to waiting the guest at the main beach on low season, we are don't know where are you coming from? Normally, the guest will inform the route before arrival. For our staff to wait for give service. The wifi is very slow, because on this island we use a SIM card for internet. If around the island or southern of Thailand have a storm or bad weather, the wifi signal is will be bad also. And on the website we already inform wifi is on republic area. Best regards.

Run down hotel right on the beach
The only good experience I had was the surprise pick up at the pier by the hotel staff with their tuk tuk. Hotel is right at the beach but close approximate 5 minute walk to walking street where all the shops & restaurants are. By night there's no activities at the hotel at all. Pitch black at the loungers by night , lots of mosquitoes. Our standard beach room is very spacious and comes with breakfast - ok .even though it is suppose to come with a beach view ( downstairs) still too far to see the beach. Bathroom is moldy and shower water pressure is very weak.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed interested in ensuring we had a good stay. Remember this is a 100 euro a night place and not the Ritz. We moved from a new beautiful room to one of the older rooms with a sign saying don't drink the water. The older room had adequate AC, fridge and coffee maker, but it could use an update. The bed mattress was fine and the linen, worn but clean. The hotel is located near the main town. The beach is great, with umbrellas and lounge chairs and the snorkeling is excellent. Breakfast included a good selection of local and western food.

Right on the best beach of Koh Lipe
Great snorkelling right in front of the hotel, room basic but clean and the bed was comfy. Staff were really friendly. Booked further travel with them easily. Breakfast was quite basic but good enough.

Great hotel on a great location
Realty good hotel. Quiet and spacious gardens, with the seabreeze rooms right oncerlooking the beach. Well located on Pattaya Beach, 150 mètres from the walking street. It's worth spending the extra to go for the beachfront rooms. There is a really good seafood restaurant called Dong La-Tae next door.

for the price I paid for 1 week during new year I expected a palce, but in fact, the room was very very simple the wi-fi not working most of all day and is very slow when it was working the breakfast was made with cheap stuff and not tasty at all the swimming pool was dirty and I not used it during that week

The room need refurbishment. Very old design and need to upgrade its wifi services. The good part is that it has swimming pool and i took the beach front room and it is really beachfront.

Good price, good location and spacious room!
Superb location with fantastic bar and restaurant next door! Overall very good resort with huge ground and big room, service was very good, the manager went out his way to help revive the mobile phone which was wet in the sea. Although it didn’t recover but his effort was much aporeaciated! Sunset beach is only 10mins walk away behind the resort, Pattaya beach is right in front and there’s a pool right in front of the beach which is empty most of the time. The immigration is only 3 shops away and they have someone to help you with luggage upon arrival just look out for signage Z-Touch, like wise for checking out. Room below can be a little noisy due to noises and heavy walking from guest room up stairs but it didn’t last long. Very good for the price and I would return whenever in Koh Lipe!

Great location, towards the quieter end of the beach. The staff were extremely helpful when we had a minor complaint. The swimming straight In front of the resort is excellent, and snorkelling is also very good there. I would recommend a stay here in a Seaview bungalow, as opposed to a garden view room.

Green garden just off the best beach
Z- Thouch was great value with spacious bungalows set in a green open garden just off the best beach of Pattaya. Many of the other hotels are camped together in trees with mosquitoes. The breakfast is huge with all you can eat and so much to choose from. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. Try for one of the front row bungalows and get your own huge terrace.

The hotel is quite dilapidated. We were in a basic 'standard' bungalow so maybe the others could be better. It had air con and hot water. The bungalow is very basic. It had a bad smell. There were holes in the floor where the floor boards didn't meet the wall. The TV stand needed to be thrown away, it had a big hole in it. Do you need a TV in such a beautiful place? The floor wasn't properly swept and had hairs on it from the previous guest. I wouldn't stay here again. The price was high due to Chinese New Year as the island was busy but I still wouldn't stay here even if the price was cheaper. If you want wifi as some people do, you can only get it in reception and it was extremely slow

Nice Bungalow hotel next to teh beach
There was no Wifi in room. The staff was very helpfull in every belongjngs. Even I lost my key on the beach, they helped me out with a spare key. Overall was a good place to stay. If you are looking for a quiet place it might be the wrong place, next to a live music bar;-)

Not worth the price
I expected so much more from this hotel. I was "upgraded" when it was learned I was traveling solo. The bungalow I was given was rough!!! The toilet seat was hanging in by a single bolt, the sink was leaking on the floor and there was only slow wifi in the lobby. In addition, there was live music EVERY night in front of the hotel. I had ear plugs. Thank God. For the price I paid, I wound up having a very below average experience / disappointed. I extended my stay on Lipe 2 more nights but got out of there!!!

Stayed here in order to spend a few days relaxing on the beach and that's just what this place is about. The rooms are not amazing but the location, staff and food at both the breakfast and resturant attached make up for it. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The staff at Z- touch were all very friendly. The rooms were huge and clean though the whole resort lacked charm and personality. Location on Pattaya Beach was close to where the speedboats drop off, so the beach itself is littered with boats and designated swimming areas. I would recommend this resort if Pattaya beach is where you want to be.

Hotel staff was very nice. Hotel is right next to Pattaya beach. Rooms needs fixing. Gardens are beautiful but there are lot of garbage around. Swimmingpool was unclean so I didn't want to use it. Overall if the prize was little bit lower, the negativ things would be ok

Fine accomodation if you are not looking for a luxury hotel but the immigration process is an absolute joke. nearly 2 hours to process on arrival and similar on departure from Koh Lipe.

Nära stranden, men bara ok.
Ligger nära stranden, och man måste gå genom stranden för att komma till walkingstreet. Rummen är ganska stor, är i ganska dåligt skick, vi hade problem med toaletten. Frukosten är dålig, vi åt mest på restaurangerna i walkingstreet istället. Vi hade förväntat oss mer för det priset vi betalade.

Das Resort war lange wegen Corona nicht geöffnet. Es gibt kein Wifi was man aber ändern möchte. Früher gab es einen Pool vom Nachbar-Resort den man nutzen konnte jetzt nicht mehr. Das Personal freundlich hilfsbereit Frühstück war ausreichend und ok.
