Set back in the jungle. About a 3 min walk to the beach. We would recommend sea view villas if you’re going to spend time in the room. The bungalow had great water pressure but lots of bugs even though the place was clean.

리셉션 히잡을 쓴 여자직원이 무슨 부탁이든 거절하는 관계로 정말 최악을 경험했습니다. 말투는 친절하지만 always say no! 가든뷰룸이 산중턱에 있어 제 짐 이동을 부탁했는데, 짐을 넣어놓고 열쇠를 꽂아놓은채로 문을 열어놓았습니다. 문제제기를 했더니 cctv가 많으니 걱정하지 말라는 답변만 받았습니다. 제가 보트를 타야해서 아침 8시에 출발해야하니 짐을 리셉션으로 옮겨달라고 요청했고, 알겠다고 했지만 출발시간 지나서도 아무도 자느라 나타나지 않아서 보트를 놓칠 뻔 했습니다. 와이파이가 되지 않아 확인을 요청했더니 여기는 섬이고 오늘은 바람이 많이 불어서 안된다며 와이파이를 쓰려면 리셉션으로 오라는 답변에 결국 저는 화를 내었고 그제서야 한참있다가 와이파이 공유기를 가져다 주었습니다. 보트 선착장으로 데려다 주는 것도 중간게이트에서 택시를 태워주는것 이라서 결국 보트체크인 데스크까지 짐을 낑낑 듣고 이동했습니다. 다른 동급의 리조트사람들은 리조트 티셔츠 입고 체크인데스크까지 짐을 함께 옮겨주는것을 보고 정말 후회가 막심했습니다. 해당 가격대의 다른 리조트로 가세요. 세번 네번 당부합니다. Sita resort에서 묵은 경험이 있는데 거기 서비스가 백만배 낫습니다. 리셉션 직원이 저한테 그런 이유는 매니져가 본섬에 간 상태에서 그 직원에게 업그레이드 요금을 물어보았는데 아고다의 룸 간 요금차이보다 과다한 금액을 요구하여 하지 않겠다고 하니 그 다음부터 무슨 부탁이든지 안된다고 하였습니다. 리셉션은 호텔의 얼굴입니다.굳이 교육을 잘 시켜주길..

Dear Guest, Thank you for your honest feedback. We are very sorry to read that you did not appreciate your stay with us. You booked 1 night in our Sea View rooms ad 1 night in the Garden rooms. Upon check-in, you visited both room and told us it was fine staying the second night in the Garden room. You asked price to upgrade and I answered you it would be 2000 baht extra per night. This amount was too high for you so you decided to keep the Garden Room. During your stay at Chareena, you had a lot of requests and we did our best to fulfil all of them, we are very sorry to read that we did not meet your expectations. Our staff should not have left your luggages in the room without locking the door when you where moving from one room to the other, please accept all our apologies, I will personally make sure this does not happen again. We loved the service , the location and especially the food in the restaurant. The quality of food and service was excellent for such a small island with limited facilities. Nooriya at front desk was particularly helpful and always smiling and willing to go the extra step to help.

Awesome Beachfront Room
I had a great time staying at this hotel. The room had a picture perfect view of the beach from a small cliff. What I liked the most about this resort was the beach was so quiet that it felt like a private beach. The room was clean and detailed. The staff was very friendly and kind. Only thing that I wished was I wish there was more options with the food during breakfast. Other then that everything was excellent. Thank you!

Nice located at the end of Pattaya Beach, quite and far from commercial activities area. But due to far bit from commercial area, it's require to walk about 15 min for food or convinient store. I will be back to this hotel in future but hopefully that time, there is buggy service, improve on breakfast quality.

1. The location of the property is just nearby the walking street (a bit of walking but all is good). 2. The beach area near the property is not pack and away from a lot of other resorts. It is also clean and mesmerizing. 3. The property it self is adequately nice and comfortable even for a long stay. 4. the view of my unit is out of this world. 5. the food is excellent. 6. staff is super friendly

Nice views and good breakfast
Comfortable room although takes a big climb to get there! Breakfast better than most offered at other hotels. Service at restaurant needs to be improved, girls just stand around or run away and hide.

I enjoyed everything about my stay except for the mosquitoes in my room. The inside was not sealed off from the outside as well there was a window in the bathroom open with no way to close it, i stuffed a towel in it but they still came in from other places. Lots of bites throughout the night and its really a shame with a little efort the mosquitoes could be prevented. Otherwise beautiful place. Lol.

The Best Place To Stay on Koh Lipe
Stayed here for 2 nights with my brother and right from the start the service from the manager to the staff was amazing. Everybody made us feel more than welcome. They arranged the transport for us (we paid for a private taxi which I would recommend anyone to do) when we had to leave the island back to Ao Nang, and everything went smooth. Will definitely stay here again as soon as possible.

Stunning views We had a wonderful stay at chareena hill beach resort. Staff amazing, We were greeted with welcome drink on arrival to the lobby. The resort are beautifully landscaped, peaceful and surrounded by nature. The room was fantastic , the bed was extremely comfortable and big. The beach infront of the resort are clear water, clean and white sand, suitable for swimming and snorkeling. The restaurant are quiet and nice, very romantic and charming at night. Go here if you want to lay down on the bed and look at the ocean view in a quiet and incredible place.

The best hotel in Pataya Beach. Amazing view from your room & overall service very good plus top daily cleaning. Breakfast also really good with again outstanding view on the bay. In my opinion this is the best location in KL considering cost per night & overall service. Strongly recommend this place.

Stayed here 4 nights and we loved it. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, a little bit of everything and the chef (who by the way was super charming) was manning an egg station with a variety of choices to order. Room was nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amazing view from the balcony with our private hammock and small table with chairs. We liked the fact that the place was located in the end of the beach and on the hillside as this made it calmer and gave us some space from the quite busy beach area closer to the walking street. Good to know, as the place is on a hillside, there are a lot of stairs. Staff was helpful and carried the luggage up and down these. Bathroom was a bit worn down but ok. Only thing that could have been better was that Wi-Fi was slow, this however led to us spending more time in the hammock reading books and talking to each other.

Leider habe ich ein Falsches Datum bei der Buchung . Meine Reise ist erst Mitte Dezember 2022. Deswegen kann ich nichts über das Hotel Sagen. Leider hat auch die Stornierung mit dem Hotel nicht geklappt.

Nice hotel, noisy area
The resort was nice, however it was impossible to get sleep before 3 am or so, because there was very loud music on the beach. Then the speed boats start going at 8 am. Not as relaxing as we had hoped.

You stayed with us during Christmas and at that time of the year, there often are celebration parties on the island. It is much more quiet the rest of the time. Överlag var vistelsen helt ok. Men det upplevdes i vissa fall som det var besvärligt att hjälpa oss. Tungt med väskor och många trappor. Ingen hämtade oss när vi kom men vi fick mycket bra hjälp när vi åkte. Rummet var helt ok, stranden jättefin även om detta rummet ej låg med utsikt över stranden utan en bit in i skogen. Bra frukost. Bra snorkling från stranden vid hotellet. Inga solstolar som andra hotell hade. Jag kan åka tillbaka till koh lipe men vi kommer välja ett annat hotell.

Dear Guest, We do organise free pick-ups at the jetty in Koh Lipe. There are many different arrival point depending on the boat company you travel with and the place you travel from. In order for us to be able to pick-up our guests, we need to know your arrival time and the boat company name. There are sunbeds available for our guests on the beach. Das war unsere bisher schlechteste Hotelerfahrung. Auf das geschriebene Wort des Hotelpersonals vor Reisebeginn kann man sich keineswegs verlassen. Uns wurden falsche und unvollständige Auskünfte über die Erreichbarkeit der Insel gegeben, sodass wir die gebuchte erste Nacht in der Unterkunft verloren, wir haben 2 Stunden am Hafen auf einen versprochenen Abholdienst gewartet und am Ende übernahm niemand im Hotel die Verantwortung für diese beiden Geschehnisse. Stattdessen wurden wir bei einem Telefonat mit der Managerin Kris am Telefon angeschrien und damit beschuldigt zu Lügen, obwohl wir jede Kritik nachweisen können. Sie lag einfach das Telefon auf ohne unser Anliegen zu klären. Nirgendswo auf dieser Welt würde ein Hotelmitarbeiter seine Gäste auf diese Art und Weise behandeln – wohl wissend, dass diese im Recht sind. Als wir im Hotel mit anderen Gästen ins Gespräch kamen, dadurch eine weitere Lüge vom Personal aufdeckten und davon berichteten, hat die Dame an der Rezeption diese Hotelgäste ebenfalls damit beschuldigt, dass sie nicht die Wahrheit sagen. Das scheint deren einzige Lösung bei auftretenden Problemen zu sein. Außerdem ist die Internetverbindung in dieser Anlage sehr sehr schlecht ist – sowohl in den Bungalows als auch an der Rezeption und am Strand. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel niemandem. Auf der Insel gibt es genug Auswahl. Bucht bitte ein anderes Hotel, wenn ihr „menschlich“ behandelt werden wollt.

We are very sorry that you had a very bad experience with us. 

 You travelled during Christmas and the end of the year celebrations without booking your transfers tickets. It is not the hotel’s responsibility if you were not able to find a boat ticket from Langkawi to Koh Lipe on your travelling day. We gave you all the informations needed to prepare your trip and information about the best itinerary. 
 You requested a refund of your booking as you were not able to reach our resort on the check-in date and I explained you politely a numerous number of time that we do not refund bookings that have been booked under « non-refundable » policy. 
 Our receptionists and myself have been really patient and we tried to fulfil all your special requests during your 3 days stay with us. Nothing we did seemed to suit you, you even refused to pay for your laundry service bill. 
 We always do our best to make sure our guests have a fantastic stay at our resort and we tried very hard to do the same for you. Best regards from Koh Lipe

Chareena hill resortはメインビーチであるパタヤビーチにありますが端にあるのでとても落ち着いた最高の場所でした。 日中ウォーキングリゾートを散策したり色んなバーに行ったりしたあとホテルに戻ったらゆっくり寛ぎたい人にはドンピシャだと思います バンガロースタイルの部屋には一つ一つハンモックがついておりゆらゆら揺られながら時を忘れて綺麗な海を眺めていられます。 朝食も毎回メニューが違って飽きません スタッフの方のサービスもとても良かったです。 何かトラブルがあればすぐ適切に対処してくれるでしょう

〈Grand royal cliff villa〉に宿泊しました。 40 ㎡ の部屋と記載がありましたが、バルコニー込みの大きさだったようで、部屋自体は半分ほどでした。 それでもそのバルコニーから見える景色は絶景で、このホテルを選んでよかったと思いました。 スタッフも全員親切で、いつもいるのかはわかりませんが、日本語が話せるスタッフもいました。 宿泊前にメッセージのやり取りをしましたが、返信もきちんときていて好印象でした。 お湯もきちんと出て、バスタオルとビーチタオルの2枚を毎日用意してくれました。 メインストリートまでは砂浜をゆっくり歩いて15分ほどです。 朝食も美味しかったので、またリペ島に来ることがあれば、このホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

騙很大，不值得
房間很小，浴室老舊很髒，打開水龍頭水是黃色的，馬桶會搖晃，使用空間非常小，不時會撞到桌角床角。早餐很差沒有選擇，我入住101號房，打開門窗只能看到大樹，應該是我用訂房網訂房，所以都會給房型較差的，定了兩個晚上共付10,000左右泰銖，非常不值得

Nice, not awesome
Location is very good (located at a hill so notice you’ll have yo climb many steps to get yo your room). If you rent a room with sea view is beautiful. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are not that clean, specially the bathroom; i found many spiderwebs and some coacroaches. Transfer to the pier left us very far from the pier because he confused the road he had to take; and we had to reach there by foot :(

Fantastisk utsikt!
Vi hade en mycket bra vistelse de fyra nätter vi spenderade på Chareena Hill Beach Resort. Vi blev upphämtade vid båten och körda till hotellet (som egentligen ligger nära terminalen, men med våra väskor var det tacksamt med denna tjänst). Väl på plats var incheckningen mycket bra, trots att vi anlände före utsatt incheckningstid fick vi vårt rum direkt. Vårt rum var precis lagom storlek för två personer och från balkongen hade vi en fantastisk utsikt över Pattaya Beach. Rummet och hotellet som helhet är fräscht, men vårt rum blev inte städat första dagen. Detta kan mycket väl ha berott på att vi inte meddelat, men så saknade även rummet en "please make up room" -skylt, vilket vi bad om andra dagen. Frukosten serveras med den mest fantastiska utsikt, men som skandinav kändes alternativen något begränsade. Allt som allt hade vi en mycket bra upplevelse av boendet och skulle gärna komma tillbaka, samt rekommendera det till familj och vänner om de besöker Koh Lipe!
