We got upgrade to 2 bedroom #301. Because we’re the last one to check in. It was great. But on 3rd floor, we know there is no elevator. The room needs some TLC. I bet other room is nice. The breakfast was good, the stuff excellent. They do house keeping daily. We only stayed 2 nights, no need for house keeping. Great location, we took taxi from train station to hotel only 10 euro or 20km. I will still recommend this place.

Had a lovely 3 nights here. The staff were incredibly lovely and kind, especially Adisa who continually went above and beyond. The hotel is perfectly located. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Exceptional value for money. Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant location. A steady 3 minute walk and you are in the centre of the Old Town. The property lacks a lift and the stairs are quite steep especially as my room was on the very top floor. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable . The staff are wonderful, breakfast was ample and great quality and I would definitely stay here again. A great find!

So conveniently located! Easy to walk anywhere, perfect for a two nights trip. Staff was lovely, ready to assist with tours or travel arrangements. The facilities are a bit outdated. We almost needed written instructions to handle the outlets! Breakfast was fine. Is a small place so is never crowded.

Beyond our expectations….
We were extremely satisfied especially with their hospitality which it was way over and beyond of our expectations. The owner and all the staff were trying their best to make us be comfortable and enjoy our time.

Genel yorum
Otel konum olarak süper bir konumda, resepsiyon görevlileri çok ilgililer. Bize gezi rotası konusunda da bir çok öneri verdiler. Temizlik ortalama bir seviyedeydi, biz memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı çok iyi değildi ama doyduk TR kahvaltısı çok üst seviyede olduğu için yanına yaklaşamaz tabi ama otel kahvaltısına göre gayet yeterli ve doyurucu. Oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi.

Fantastisk opphold med utmerket service!
Jeg og min venninne hadde et tre netters opphold på dette hotellet, og vi hadde det helt fantastisk! Det som pekte seg mest ut for oss var en service vi ikke kunne drømme om å håpe på! Vi fikk sjekke inn en time tidligere enn innsjekkstimen, en av damene i resepsjonen hadde laget et eget skriv om sine anbefalinger til steder og se og steder å spise. Vi benyttet oss av flere av disse anbefalingene og ble imponert! Videre hadde hotellet en sjåfør som stilte opp for oss når vi måtte trenge det, han kjørte til og med og hentet vær glemte mobiltelefon på en restaurant. Hotellet ordnet uoppfordret en restaurantbestilling for oss da de visste vi skulle dit. Vi ble over oss av begeistring av den fantastiske servicen totalt sett. Ellers var hotellet rent, sjarmerende, sentralt, rimelig og hadde en god frokost. Vi fikk igså prøve bosnisk kaffe. Skal vi tilbake til Sarajevo vil vi ikke bo noe annet sted! Tusen takk for et fantastisk opphold, vi anbefaler det på det sterkeste!!

Das Hotel ist alt, im Badezimmer lauft das Wasser weder in Dusche noch im Lavabo richtig ab. Die Betten waren sehr weich, wem das gefällt. Das Frühstück ist übersehbar, hat nur türkischen Kaffee. Parkplatz beschränkt auf der Strasse oder für 20 Euro in Garage. Das besteh man erreicht die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss. Der Preis ist zu hoch.

La struttura ha una posizione ottimale per la visita della città. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile. Camera pulitissima e silenziosa. Peccato solo per la colazione dove la parte dolce è molto ridotta. Nell’insieme una struttura da consigliare

Nice and comfortable, good location
Nice small hotel only a short walk from the city center. Rooms are nice and spacious and the breakfast is really good. Only negative experience is that the walls seem very thin, so we could hear everything in the hallway at night. Strongly recommend the place!

Uitstekend hotel.
Zeer gastvrij, top locatie. Vriendelijk. De manager helpt je zeer goed bij het vinden van excursies.
