One thing is the parking - it is nearly impossible though they have a garage for vehicles. It was very challenging to find our way to the hotel with one way streets, etc despite using GPS. However, once we called them they came and provided assistance to get us where we needed to be. Moral of the story: don't use a car in Sintra!

Hotel entrance is hard to find because it has a restricted narrow access. Guests may have to walk down a cobblestone road with luggage. The rooms are clean and functional however the beds are uncomfortable. The mattresses are very firm.
The staff is very helpful and professional.

"We stayed for five nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the Sete Rios station where there are buses, trains and metro. The best restaurant is a few meters down the sidewalk called Napolis for a quick bite and to mingle with neighbors and watch a match. The spa is nice and services ..."
