Property management was responsive as needed and all the staff were friendly and attentive. The property grounds were impeccably maintained, resulting in a beautiful, lush tropical feel. Pools were pristine and clean and the restaurant filled all my dining and drinking needs.

This hotel is a good option for solo and family travelers. Generally 2 guests are allowed if they leave an ID card with the security. I had a one bedroom unit, the kitchen was fully equipped, so I cooked my own meals. Overall the unit was in good condition, I recommend bring your own comfy pillow :) Nice swimming pool with deep and shallow water. One thing you must take in mind... there are so many people in the area that will approach you and try to sell you stuff, offer services, some are scammers, for example if you walk on the beach every 20 seconds you will get approached, just be careful and don’t trust anyone.

Slice of paradise.
I stayed at Las Palmeras 12 days and enjoyed each one. The staff and manager were great. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again

Horrible place. Not a hotel!!!!!!!!!
This property should not be on any online booking app it was at least 45 mins to check in. Only accepted cash. Didnt want to return cash deposit room had nothing. Not even one tiny soap bar the furniture was horrible looked like was bought 2nd or 3rd hand pool was nice but not very clean

Dear Sir..sorry about your comments..in the first place we gave you an upgrade to a full apartment instead of the simple room your booked..we checkedyou in any way despite missing documents of you guest..its not correct your statement the didnt want to return deposit as it was displaced only..sorry for the soap we normally provide to our rooms..furniture of your apartment was in dominican rattan style who could seem to you second hand ..sorry we could not provide your expectacions for 44 dollar per nite..best regards

oo expensive for what you get
First of all, checking in, there was no one at the reception, had to wait 20 minutes outside before someone came to let me in. Secondly they don't do daily housekeeping even if you request it. They would tell you that they clean every other day. There was power shortage and the generator was not working, they had to rent another one. Internet is very poor and no lift to the rooms imagined you on the 5th floor.

Did not like the hotel need to be updated and since I arrive hotel nobody to greet you .The shower was small and was not working they fix it Sunday afternoon and Monday I was out I do not recommend this hotel

No estamos de acuerdo con su comentario pero lo respetamos ya que todos nuestros clientes tienen que pasar por la oficina oobligatoriamente por la oficina desde la entrada son escoltados por la seguridad hasta el lobby, el baño es estándar pero disculpe los inconvenientes.

Let me start by saying I did these reservations a month before when we got there none of the 2 villas were available.. no call text or email were sent to me.. they over sell the rooms and when you get there they pick and choose who they want to let them stay I went into the property and the pictures are nothing compared the pool was dirty and the location was sketchy.. I would not recommend this place .. luckily I have family in Dominican republic if not I would have basically in the streets.. STAY AWAYYYYY

I did not like to climb 66 stairs up to the room with heavy luggage, almost had a heart attack to get up there with no elevator. Door lock is too difficult to lock it should be changed to new door locks, very dirty, very stinky, old & shower is too small when taking a shower the curtain glued to my derriere! Garbage pillows, only one sheet to cover myself, with no face clothe, dirty floors, dirty carpets, old old furniture, room too small with no stand to put your luggage on, upon arrival there were no clear signs of were to go to the desk clerk or where to park. Deposit of $20.00 upon arrival for the key return, but was afraid to miss my early flight in order to get my refund so early in the morning. They only want to be paid in cash, no credit cards. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there.

The previous reviews are fake
The place was very dirty and management was not organized at all. I decided the book the place because of the reviews, but when I got there it was just not a good place at all. The furniture was just very old, and the place had a moldy smell to it. So if you want to save money you can book this place, but keep in mind you will get what you paid for.

When I made the reservations with Hotels.com, I believed that it was for an apartment. Upon my arrival, I was informed my reservation was for a room not an apartment, therefore I had to make additional payments in cash to upgrade to a one bedroom, with kitchen. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and the manager made accommodations to have the TV moved into the bedroom. That was great! There were some "smart A** attitudes" by one of the workers boyfriends that was uncalled for! The security staff were great and the cable guy very accommodating as well as Willie! The maid service was very good as well. I was pleased! Will definitely go back!

Firstly, the entrance to the residence is very hard to find - no signs. The staff was sort of friendly but they are not around at night. The room was not clean. The bed had one sheet and there was no blanket in the room anywhere. The staff were not available to provide one. There was an empty water bottle in the room - it should be full because the tap water is undrinkable.

Estimado cliente cuando los clientes llegan a la oficina le informamos el horario de la oficina y le damos los números con whatsapp y el wifi por si tienen alguna situación... en ningún momento manifestó que la habitación estuviera sucia ya que nos parece extraño dicho comentario porque nuestro personal de limpieza es altamente calificado en el área, con relación al botellon grande de agua se le explica al cliente que debe comprarlo y también le facilitamos el numero para llamar o nos ofrecemos por si quiere que lo llamemos. La próxima vez debe tener mejor comunicación con la administración porque si hubiera solicitado la manta se la hubiéramos facilitado no a todos le gusta la manta y el aire igual si estaba muy frío se programa. Pero esperamos que pueda volver.

Waste of time and money.
The views and location are good, but that’s it. We rented a 3 bedroom apartment expecting a nice, clean and comfy stay at least. Check in was slow, cash only, had to wait to talk directly with the owner of the building. He placed us in a 4th floor unit, we had to carry all of our luggage ourselves, no elevators. It was a big duplex apt which was nice, but everything in the apartment was run down, from the kitchen, kitchen appliances, to the bathrooms and beyond. No phone service, free but horrible wifi, most sliding doors to the decks did not work, no hot water. Stay away.
