"The staff was very helpful when we checked in. They don't seem to have a dedicated front desk person so when we arrived at 2, I had to go find someone. The breakfast spread was pretty generous. Looks like they bake their muffins on site. Couple issues with the room. The TV was on when we came into our room. I thought it was a welcoming thing. We turned it off but it kept coming back on, several times. They were very prompt in having someone reprogram it. But it was on when we returned from dinner and kept coming on after we turned it off. Odd, we just unplugged it. Second thing was the floor was pretty dirty. We don't wear shoes in the house so it felt grungy on our feet. Mostly it was a very nice place. Very picturesque. We woke up to turkeys gobbling outside our door."

"This property was the perfect beach house for our weekend trip. Everything looked exactly like the photos, was clean and accurate. The owner made check-in and check-out extremely clear on expectations and definitely provided a reasonable price for its amazing location. I will be staying here again!"

"It seemed that a lot of the creamer at the coffee bar was sour which didn’t help the fact we really like our morning coffee and that we had to throw them out because the coffee soured- it was the same with the breakfast coffee also/ besides that our stay was pretty good 😊"

"Stayed at the property with a group of 12 guys for a golf weekend and it was perfect for our group. Lots of places to spread out when we wanted but also gather as a group. Communication with Josh was great all the way through our check out. Definitely someplace we would stay again if we do another trip in the area."

"The house is great! We loved the gourmet kitchen- it has everything you need. The house is comfortably decorated and styled, we felt pampered with the cozy blankets on the couch and the great bar set up! This is our second time staying at this house, and we will be back! "
Lovely studio apartment in the heart of Sandwich

"This was by far the sweetest little apartment in the best possible neighborhood of Sandwich village. we stayed for 3 nights, and it was incredibly cozy, charming and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Sandwich has been a second home for us for the past thirty years and if we could pick one place to stay over and over again, this would be it. Lovely walks, close to the boardwalk, great places to eat and drink all a quick walk from the door... there's a small kitchenette where you can make your own coffee and make a meal If you want. Sandwich Village has everything nearby, and this place was the perfect spot to stay. Our host Cara was wonderful and accommodating, she has created a magical home away from home."
