Fantastic break near San Teodoro
The villa is beautiful, well equipped, nicely furnished and has air con throughout. It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. Book ahead for Brandinchi or arrive very early - same can be said for all beaches. Dan Teodoro is 17 mins drive and bustling with nightlife, restaurants and is family friendly. There are also two complexes near the villa (Paradiso and the diving centre) which both have food options and the latter has a supermarket. Blue Bar is 5 mins drive and has amazing scenery. Cristina could not be more helpful. She did everything to make our stay fantastic and continually answered our questions about the area, gave recommendations and helped out when we had a booking problem. Highly recommend this property for an amazing family holiday in Sardinia.

Wonderful place, sweet host - but needs some update
We enjoyed our stay in Sardinia, but neighbors were partying until 1am two of the 4 nights we stayed and it was very loud. Also, if recycling/taking out trash every day is not your thing- do not stay here. We got very overwhelmed as we had to take out certain types of trash daily. Also, once you walk-in, the place does have a damp smell. No one could stay in the basement with 2 bedrooms due to the smell. When showering at same time in more than one bathroom- you get cold water. Overall, view is to die for and hosts are very nice, but please keep in mind for all of the above for your stay. For the price, still very nice place.

I’m so sorry Lee for your complaining. You had to tell me about the noise after midnight I would have sent someone to stop it. This is the first time that I receive this complaining. About the trash, maybe you don’t use to do recyclable at your home but we do. These are regional (Sardinia) rules and also in all Italy. I’m sorry for that but these are our government rules and if you’re not following them correctly you can get an expensive ticket. Sorry, I never had so many complains for just four days to stay.

Simply amazing!
From top to bottom, simply amazing. The view, the villa and the strategic location (Cala Brandinchi is reachable by walk) made our holiday just perfect!

Bellissimo soggiorno
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa con giardino ad agosto. Avendo 4 stanze e 3 bagni, ha potuto ospitare comodamente più famiglie. Ci sono stati piccoli contrattempi, sempre prontamente risolti da Cristina, persona gentile e disponibile, che ha davvero fatto la differenza. Il giardino è ben curato e spazioso. Fantastico avendo dei bimbi piccoli. Due spiagge si raggiungono a piedi, per le altre è necessario prendere la macchina. Unica nota critica è per le stanze al piano interrato, che sono un po’ umide. In generale comunque ottimo soggiorno. Ci tornerei domani!

Excellent with some remarks
Excellent: The house is located very well, close to beautiful beaches and in a quite neighborhood. The view is amazing. Cristina was very helpful and answered to all of our questions. Remarks: The mattresses are poor. For the costs of the house, I would expect better. The drains are smelly, particularly downstairs in the cellar. The garden is smaller than it might seem on one of the photos and the villa is part of a semi-detached house. Next to the terrace, another terrace is located, so privacy is limited. I had to write Cristina regarding check-in and check-out process, information was not provided proactively. It is difficult to find coffee filters in Italy and there is no other option to make coffee for 4+ adults than a filter machine.

Belle découverte
Nous ne connaissions pas la Sardaigne et nous avons été conquis par ses plages et paysages à couper le souffle. Cristina nous a très bien accueillis et a été disponible pour nous guider tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est idéalement située, à la fois proche de l’aéroport d’Olbia (30 kms) et de certaines des plus belles plages de Sardaigne.

Vacanza perfetta
La casa è estremamente confortevole e funzionale, curata e pulita, con un giardino molto curato con uno scorcio eccezionale su Tavolara e Molara. A distanza di pochi minuti a piedi o in macchina sono raggiungibili spiagge meravigliose: Salinedda (molto tranquilla), Suaraccia (bella, ma molto affollata), Salina Bamba (da non perdere), Capo Coda Cavallo (la più bella in assoluto), Brandinchi e Lu Impostu (non c'è bisogno di commenti), Girgolu (come sopra). La proprietaria sempre disponibile e gentile, con indicazioni molto utili - grazie di cuore per l'ospitalità!

Tolle Lage mit traumhaften Blick
Wir haben 2 Wochen zu Ostern als Familie mit 3 Kindern im Haus verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Übergabe verlief problemfrei und Mariella als Ansprechpartnerin Vorort als auch Christina waren jederzeit gut errreichbar und haben schnell auf die wenigen Fragen reagiert. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Besonders hervorstechen tut natürlich die Lage mit Blick aufs Meer und zwei Stränden in Fußreichweite. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

wunderschöne lage und gute einrichtung
Wir haben (2 Familien mit je 2 Kleinkindern) eine wunderschöne Woche im Haus von Christina verbracht. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und der Garten ist wunderbar. Wir hatten sogar Besuch von einer Schildkröte :-) Das Treppengeländer ist für kleine Kinder leider sehr gefährlich. Hier haben wir uns mit einer Matratzen, die wir nicht benötigten, beholfen. Der nahe gelegene Strand (Farfalla) ist super zu Fuss erreichbar, türkisfarben und sehr ruhig; absolut perfekt für kleine Kinder! Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Gute Ort für Erholung nahe schönem Strand
Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist die fußläufige Nähe zu einem schönen Sandstrand super. Auch der Garten zum Spielen. Wir hatten eine erholsame Zeit in dem Haus.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Capo Coda Cavallo
Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Cristinas Unterkunft. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar! Die Wohnung an sich war sehr sauber und optimal aufgeteilt für 2 Familien (jeweils mit 2 Kindern). Durch die 2 Erdgeschosse konnten wir uns gut verteilen. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf Cala Suaraccia, ein wunderschöner Strand nur wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Außerdem sind viele weitere Strände nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Urlaub! Danke Cristina für den freundlichen Empfang, vielleicht bis zum nächsten Jahr! Liebe Grüße!

Cristina ist sehr hilfsbereit und es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert!
Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Cristina antwortete immer sehr schnell und war wirklich sehr nett! Man sollte wissen, dass sich das Haus nicht direkt in San Teodoro befindet und man auf ein Auto angewiesen ist, wenn man zB. einkaufen möchte. (Kein Supermarkt fussläufig.) Es sind ein paar sehr schöne Strände in 10 Min. Zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus!

Piacevolissima esperienza purtroppo troppo breve
Consigliamo caldamente l'affitto di questa casa. Abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di agosto per circa una settimana ed e' stata un'esperienza magnifica. Eravamo 5 persone (due coppie plus one) e lo spazio a disposizione e' piu' che sufficiente. La vista della Tavolara e Molara dal giardino e' mozzafiato. La signora Cristina (propietaria dalla casa) e' molto disponibile, ed ha risolto prontamente due piccoli problemini riguardanti lo scarico del bagno e la rottura di uno dei telefoni della doccia. Forse l'unico vantaggio sarebbe stato quello di aver trovato gia' a disposizione, al momento del check in, dei beni di prima necessita'. Per esempio zampironi per le zanzare, detersivo per la lavastoviglie etc. Per il resto l'esperienza e' stata fantastica e non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.

Proprietà situata sopra Capo Coda Cavallo, inserita in un complesso residenziale di alto profilo. L'immobile è molto curato e ben fornito. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci è venuta incontro alle richieste che abbiamo sottoposto. Direi un bel 10 su 10!

Vista magnifica e posizione strategica
La villetta è molto bella, all'interno dispone di tutto il necessario e all'esterno la vista sull'isola Tavolara è davvero magnifica. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle della zona in pochi minuti di macchina. La comunicazione con l'host è stata rapida ed efficace, oltre che molto cordiale.

Kleines Paradies
Wir haben mit einer weiteren Familie mit insgesamt 4 Kindern im Alter von 2 bis 10 Jahren 11 unglaubliche Urlaubstage genossen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Christina war uns jederzeit eine große Hilfe. Auch als wir bei der Anreise Probleme mit unserem Mietwagen hatten, organisierte sie für uns einen Transfer. Als Geheimtipp geben wir gerne den Mietwagenservice Explorerent von Giovanni weiter, der uns aus der Patsche half. Faire Preise und typisch italienisch sehr unkomiziert. Wir hatten im Ferienhaus alles was wir benötigten. Zu Fuß sind 2 Strände gut zu erreichen und nur wenige Autominuten entfernt haben wir traumhafte Karibikähnlichen Buchten gefunden. Salinedda ist sehr gut gelegen für viele Ausflugsziele. Wenn wir nochmal nach Sardinien fliegen werden, dann kommen wir bestimmt wieder in dieses Ferienhaus.

Ein wahr gewordener Urlaubstraum
Sehr schöne Villa mit Allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt! Sehr viel Platz! Küche gut ausgestattet, Bäder sauber und modern, gute Betten. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin und sehr lieber Empfang vor Ort! Das Highlight ist aber die Terrasse und der gepflegte Garten (schöner Rasen und Blumen) mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer! Alles in Allem perfekt um einen Urlaub auf Sardinien zu verbringen. Die Umgebung bietet auch alles: schöne Strände, gute Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit zwei Familien!!
Traumhafte Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht auf die Insel Tavolara und Molara! Herrliche Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist für zwei Familien vollkommen ausreichend. Es war wirklich ein schöner erholsamer Urlaub!! Gerne immer wieder!!!

Vacanza stupenda
La casa è perfetta per 2 famiglie (in totale 8 persone), sia come spazi interni, ben 3 bagni, che esterni: una bella veranda per pranzare e cenare con una giardino molto curato e con una vista sul mare stupendo. La casa è situata in una zona residenziale di sole villette che offre la giusta riservatezza e tranquillità. Le spiagge vicinissime sono molte belle e la possibilità di noleggiare gommoni sotto casa per visitare le vicine isole di Molara e Tavolara è sicuramente un plus. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e d'obbligo segnalare la disponibilità di Mariella.

Villa bellissima in un luogo paradisiaco
La villa è molto bella con un panorama mozzafiato, ha la parte esterna con un ampio giardino con vista sulle isole Tavolara e Molara. C’è la cala delle farfalle che è raggiungibile a piedi facendo circa 5-10 minuti di passeggiata, mentre cala Brandinchi è raggiungibile sempre a piedi con una passeggiata di circa 20 minuti. Il check-in è stato perfetto, la Sig.ra Mariella ci ha accolti molto presto la mattina e si è resa sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La villa all’interno è molto spaziosa e ben organizzata, noi ci abbiamo soggiornato tranquillamente in 4 adulti e 3 bambine. Le uniche cose che andrebbero migliorate sono: l’illuminazione interna della casa in quanto la sera si faceva fatica a cucinare e l’odore di muffa nella parte interrata

Sono contenta che abbiate passato una buona vacanza in Sardegna e che vi siate goduti la mia Villa. Purtroppo il lieve odore di umido nel seminterrato è stato dovuto alla eccezionale stagione primaverile particolarmente piovosa e fredda. Fortunatamente per noi voi siete stati gli unici a soffrire di questo disagio perché dopo di voi è scomparso. Mi spiace tanto per questo inconveniente. Spero comunque di riavervi il prossimo anno. Ein wirklich schöner Familien-Urlaub
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat genügend Platz für 8 Personen,es ist gut ausgestattet und sehr gut gelegen.Das Meer hat uns jeden Morgen begrüßt,der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.
