“Nice place to stay”

The hotel is located in a beautiful coastal area which close to the famous attraction Hearst Castle . The room was clean and comfort. The staff was very nice.

“It is what it is.”

You can't really complain much for a 2-star hotel. Little noisy from other room. Some of the bath towels weren't really clean. I stayed 3 nights and out of 2 nights I had my key reprogrammed which was a little annoying as the front desk was accross the parking lot.

“Perfect for the price....”

Nothing fancy about this hotel BUT it was perfect in what we needed. Clean, quite and a decent breakfast! We had a nice time...thank you Days Inn!

“The Days Inn is just good!!”

The inn is okay to the price. My sister was bitten by mosquitoes on many spots of her body.

Pretty basic motel room, not a great location. Would recommend staying in Cambria instead.

“A bed for the night”

This hotel is very basic & you get what you pay for. The building and furniture are quite outdated, the sheets were scratchy and the towels were thin. The tv reception was pretty bad. I didn't like that I had to go to the front desk to get an iron. It was clean though and the hotel clerk was friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have air conditioning but had a ceiling fan. However, our room was still pretty warm even with the window open. The breakfast was decent for the place but we would prefer some healthier choices, like fruit. It is a nice location, close to Hearst Castle and the beach and the wine country in Paso Robles is within 30 min.

“Poor Choice”

Not as advertised. In the Expedia info it states that the room has an iron and ironing board...none in room. The shower in the room was not working properly. The tub began filling up as we showered immediately. In the pictures it appears that they have a pool...they do not...it is a hot tub. Not at all what we expected. The place is not maintained well.

“Clean and Quite Hotel”

When my husband and I booked this trip at the Days Inn, we knew we couldn't expect a 5 star hotel. We did it out of necessity because everything else was booked or too highly priced given the fact we were booking sort of a last minute getaway. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the relaxing environment. The beds weren't too comfy, but the rooms are spacious, and the location of the hotel was excellent for us as we were visiting the Hearst Castle, and the castle was only a few miles away. We would visit again for the right room price. This time we will book way in advance to take advantage of their good rates.
