Everything about the hotel was great till the last day when we had our breakfast. I made a mistake of choosing a breakfast and adding french toast, which I thought was included. Language was an issue, but no mention on additional cost. I got slapped with a $13 fee for 3 slices of french toast with syrup. A hefty fee to pay for a few slices of bread. Lesson: DO NOT MIX AND MATCH YOUR BREAKFAST OPITONS. POINT TO IT OR SPEAK SPANISH TO CONFIRM NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

I think staying at the Morrison hotel was a great choice. I did enjoy it the place and the people where so friendly and aprochable. Nice hotel very clean and will go back.

Awesome Boutique Hotel
My business associate and I had an excellent stay at the Morrison hotel. They were very accommodating and treated us with particular care. They went above and beyond to help us with a business meeting that we held on site. If I ever go back to San Salvador I would not think of staying anywhere else.

I really had a pleasant stay here. The service was good and the place was accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room window was very small. I would have preferred a bigger window. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It was worth the money.

Do not book this hotel
Reserved for two nights for our son and daughter while they travel Central America. Reserved a standard room which stated on expedites website that it was for a double bed or two single beds, when they arrived they wanted to force them to sleep in one bed and wouldn't care to look at what expedias reservations said. Breakfast (full to order) was supposed to be included and after the two nights they wanted to charge for 2 breakfasts saying it only included one per day, again they didn't care to explain me how it could be possible. i called from the states as they are traveling by themselves and the receptionist (Doris) was rude, and when I made my point she got really frustrated went to her manager (with my daughters cell phone in hand) and told her that she had explain me but i just didn't comprehend and that I was crazy mad. I have no problem paying for a breakfast i have a problem with their incompetence.

Our hotel policy for standard rooms just includes 1 adult and 1 child maximum. Also the breakfast included in this price is for 1 per Standard room. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding of room plan policy; however, it was not our INTENTION to force our guests to stay in one bed. We would like you to understand that indeed we upgraded your booking without any extra charge to a double room because it was our priority for us to give the confort to our guests during their stay. For your reference, our policy for the breakfast is $5.00 per person. Although over the phone we let you know that you don't have to pay it, we will talk with EXPEDIA about our policy in order for guests not confusing. Please accept our apology for the misbehavior our receptionist had done. We have already talked with her to fix her attitude and commit to improve communication. Again we are very sorry that you had an inconvenient experience with us; however, it went out of our management because Expedia did not upgrade our polices. Thank you for your understanding. Quick trip to Salvador!
What a beautiful jewel, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood! As to our surprise it was perfect! The rooms are adequate and the AC works perfectly! A good variety of American and Salvadorian breakfast was our option! The Wifi worked great!! Love that they have filtered water for their guests! Will stay here again!! Love the decorations!

It's the nicest small hotel i ever been. The staff is the nicest one. They are ready to open the door for you, even after hours (I usually came back to the hotel really late at night). The rooms are clean and comfy. The breakfast is good, and the view from their balcony is amazing. I really appreciate the staff because they took really good care of me.

Bad food (except for breakfast) and slow WiFi
This hotel is located in a great area, the staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the common areas were nice enough to sit with a nice read. Except for breakfast, which was actually good, the food is terrible. For dinner I ordered some beef that was so extremely salty and loaded with powder condiments I couldn't eat it. And that's coming from a man who is usually able to eat just about anything, from street food to fancy eats. Another drawback was the WiFi. It was choppy, and I had to constantly hop from one network to the next to stay connected.

Good location
Let me start by saying that when i checked in and went to my assigned room the AC was not working properly and the room was kind of hot. Called staff and informed about the problem they tried to fix it but the console still did not put cold air out. After about 7 calls to the lobby they decided to move me to another room. I was pleased in my new assigned room and made my stay pleasant. The staff was always very nice and willing to assist you with anything. Good security.

Perfect cost/quality balance
The perfect choice if you need a quite and safe place to sleep when you visit San Salvador. Service is very kind and familiar, place is very quite and silent, perfect for good nught of resting. Close to restaurants, a supermarket, and easy access to safe transportation. I willuse again this hotel in my future visits to San Sanvador.
