The breakfast wasn't that bad but it wasn't something to say wow, every day the same thing and the hams weren't fresh, we decided to have dinner there one night and for us the dinner wasn't from 1 to 10 it was 4, for the type of The hotel should improve the food, the rest of the hotel as a property was excellent.

Excellent Cleansiness and a Good Breakfast. Air Conditioner was an issue in the first room which was assigned but we were given another room the next day and the A/C was fine there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is easy to get to by Bus No 90 from Piazza Cavour but the last bus is at 2045 hrs, I believe. After 2045 Hrs you need to use the 19B if you can get one, else the 19A and walk a bit further. The Neighbourhood seems to be quite and safe.

I could not connect my computer to the wifi since this one is an open architecture. Personnel was not helpful to find a solution. For a Congress hotel i would expect a different service. Rooms were very much on the back and my Television was not working. The switch card of my kids room neither. In other words they gave us 2 rooms which were not very used. So my question is why this treatment when i book 10 nights (5x2) through Hotels.com. Is it because you get worse rooms if i book through the portal??

Lovely hotel
We spent a night while in the area for a wedding. Hotel looks quiet new, plenty of parking in front and friendly staff. Our suite was amazing, we loved our time there and having a big bathroom with both bath and shower really helped us getting ready quickly. Great breakfast with both salty and sweet options.

impressive modern hotel
modern large hotel with easy access to/from motorways with good parking. rooms big and clean, and hotel spread out so very quiet, complete with minibar and kettle. large comfy bed. Alissa at reception was very very helpful at check in, was happy to provide information about bus into city, nearby shopping etc. good internet connection. only negative was the bus loads of tourists who took over the restaurant for breakfast, however the staff seemed to cope well and tried to be attentive to the other private customers. buffet breakfast had a good diverse range of foods to suit everyone and was very fresh.

Breakfast disappointing no fresh rolls or bread, cold egg and bacon, toaster not working properly. No butter only margarine. Not a suitable place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Clean comfortable room, coffee and tea facilities but no milk without calling housekeeping.

Nice hotel in quiet area and nice staff
This hotel is located in a suburb of Bologna and appears to be used by business people and tour groups primarily. The location is quiet and calm and there is a bus that stops in front of the hotel that takes you to Bologna. The breakfast room is large and sunny and nice staff. Food was varied and plentiful and included yogurt, cold cuts, pastries, cheese, bread and fresh fruit. The location is also walking distance to a pharmacy, home made pasta restaurant (Al Amatarel) and a small grocery store. Wifi worked well. Front desk staff helpful for booking taxi and answering questions. Overall, it was a positive stay and I would return there when in the area.

Accessible to Bologna downtown.
In addition to clean, comfortable, and relaxing, the location is perfect. Near a bus stop that takes you into all downtown destinations as well as close to major highways to get to all other major destinations in the area. One issue I had is charging almost 3x the cost for the Thursday than the Friday! I did not know until after I paid for the room because initially I was given the "average cost per night" only later did I find out the true break down. Very sneaky and dishonest!!

Breakfast was absolutely ridiculous for the price you pay. Particularly scrambled eggs (as they call it) seemed to be plastic or powder made.... appalling. Other stuff in breakfast area seemed there for one week or just bought in the cheapest supermarket possible. Seriously? And then the towels are not in the bathroom, they are in some drawer in the bedroom . Why ? That s the first time I have found towels not being in the bathroom. Last but not least: just outside the elevators you will need to pick your corridor (left or right). Be careful, because on the right are ODDS numbers while on the left PAIR numbers. Obviously we did not pay enough attention and we went to the wrong corridor. Once again WHY ???

Very nice hotel, but a little bit off the beaten track. The room was big clean, modern and comfortable. The Bathroom was lovely. The restaurant was extremely nice, although the evening meal was not cheap. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and good quality food. Staff were excellent, no negatives from our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely spacious modern immaculate hotel!
Couldn't have been easier as on the outskirts of Bologna so free parking - spacious, modern and clean spaces and rooms - staff were great, breakfast and restaurant were very good, wifi was good, everything you need in bright comfortable surroundings!

The hotel is a good choise, if you have a car. The neighbourhood is very peacefull and you are close to a nice park. Everithing was great except the TV, that actually don't have any channel...

Unaway Hitel San Lazaro
The hotel is nice we stay there several times, but this one we found is not in very good shape specially de carpents in the hall way. The checkin was not good and the representative was not very usefull. They have a very good breakfast and there the service was very good. The rooms are nice and big , well clean, not so good the matress. The internet service is not so good , each time you have to log with the information each time.

Business trip. Excellent service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Restaurant good but food limited. However, I will be back.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel very convenient for us as it is near our son's flat. Very quiet, nice staff, beautiful buffet breakfast and spacious rooms.

Good hotel in the middle of nowhere
This hotel had a very reasonable room rate but is not close to the central part of Bologna which is a half hour bus ride away or €16-20 taxi fare. Bus tickets can only be bought from the tobacconist nearby, but its not open during the middle of the day. It seemed to be a business hotel & the restaurant was not open for lunch on weekends & there are no local facilities other than a small supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop & tobacconist about 150 metres away. The hotel has a lot of glass - floor to ceiling windows, glass walkways, glass lobby which made the hotel very hot during the day when outside temperatures in the high 20sC - low 30sC. The hotel does not have a pool.
