Very clean and it has designated parking. I just wish they were a little faster with their communication. The host was very nice. Our room was double booked but we were able to get into another room (they were all the same) with no problems. You cannot beat this studio, especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this rental and I cannot get over how clean it was and how good it smelled.

The bed was confortable, the ownwer answer the phone . But the room was dirty, dust, food residue all arround the apartment, bad smell in the bathroom. Electrical plugs exposed, trash all arrround the property. Not recomended!!!

What a gem! Perfect for staying out of the busy tourist area for a few days or just and overnight before catching your flight. Thank you Eduardo for the extra assistance late at night. I was with my son after a few long days of competition and could not wait just to go to bed. Eduardo showed up right on time to walk us in. Truly appreciated.

For the price your really can’t complain much about the property. Elizabeth was very communicative and helpful with the check in process. It was easy, but did run into a few hiccups in terms of the doors. Because the door has to be locked from the inside with a key, it can be a safety hazard. The bedroom was very clean, and given how humid the weather is, the room was dry and comfortable thanks to the dehumidifier and AC units. The bathroom had a few flies that kind of lived in the shower and the bathroom sink had some mineral build up on the faucet where the water came out from. I don’t think any of this should stop someone from staying here. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay. It’s wonderful value for the price.

Very clean, clear instructions on how to check in and out. Didn’t like the shower, has no door makes the bathroom floor wet. Small rooms, but was good for two people

I actually liked this property. The air conditioner worked well, the beds were comfy. The hot water was not strong but this probably had nothing to do with the property. . The refrigerator worked, there is not stove. TV's worked. Place was clean. I would stay again.

This was one of best stays off of a resort, reading some of the previous review I was definitely nervous but there was no need to be. This was an amazing stay I want to thank the property owner for being responsive and helpful Stay here you won't regret it

The room looks like the picture. It’s clean, the ac and fridge were very quiet. Bed was okay. Shower was good. Had eating utensils. The only problem was the location. No where close by to eat, need to drive. Driving to old San Juan takes between 25 and 60 minutes depending on traffic. It’s very close to airport, 10 minutes

I loved the apartment. It was quaint, clean and has a nice appearance. It has parking. The communication was poor. We only needed the room for 8 hours for an early morning flight. We couldn’t get the TV on and the WiFi was non-existent. We texted and called and was told someone will call us right back. That didn’t happen. We didn’t even get an apology.

We enjoyed staying here. They had a few nice touches like suntan lotion in our room, since that is often something we don't pack. The kitchen was nice as well as the rest of the room. We like the area we ate at some local restaurants. It was close to the beach and the expressway.

I had a great stay. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed and everything you needed within reach. As the previous reviews stated there wasn’t hot water but I still enjoyed the place. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and it was easy to gain access to the room.

Thanks, Troy. We have switched to a solar water heater and rainy days limit hot water production. We've now installed heating elements in the same so even if the sun doesn't come up we'll still have hot water.

The bed was very old, the TV has a crack in the middle of the screen, water leak in the closet, mold in the ceiling, ceiling fell down in the entrance bathroom doors wood is peeling, there’s a door with a hole in it, light fixtures are full of dust, main entrance was full of water ever time we came in.

The little apartment was well equipped for a couple of people, updated clean and quiet. It is very close to the airport and 5 minutes in traffic from the rental car off airport property.

Thanks for sharing. And Yes, when maps gives you the address options just make sure you pick the correct town. It's Carolina, NOT San Juan. From the airport its less than 10 minutes.

Nice Quiet Neighborhood close to airport
Perfect for our first night in Puerto Rico. Arrived late so nice to have a quiet spot not far from the airport to get our bearings. Host was very good at giving directions for entry, etc. Would stay again.

Nice cozy cute studio !! Very clean! Nice quiet location. Comfortable and Intimate ...close to Airport and Car Rentals ! When we come come back we will book again! Fyi- you have to call/text the number on hotels.com when you land to get text instructions to get into the property other then that ...Amazing place and vacation
