The staff is what makes this place stand out. So friendly and helpful in every way. I stay here every time I fly in or out of san jose, the free airport shuttle is a life saver.

The breakfast was a nice buffet style breakfast. The room was just your normal hotel room, it was clean. The pool area was nice.

Narrow staircase to sleeping area was uneecpecred based on photos. Hairs on floor of bathroom. Sofa and cushions dirty, could hear highway traffic all jight. Dining was great.

Great place to stay while in San Jose. The water pressure in the shower is the best I have ever seen at a hotel, and the free continental breakfast was amazing. We were allowed to check in early because we were on off season at no extra cost which was so needed because we had not had any sleep on our red eye flight. The staff was inviting and helpful. I would stay here again.

The staff at this hotel was very respectful, accommodating, warm hospitality and always smiling. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. It is walking distance to nearby restaurants and stores, which is a plus. My experience was very pleasant and I will come back again!

The staff were very helpful with information. The room was clean and everything functional. The bed was huge and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and pleasure to sit around the pool. The breakfast was also nice with few local food options! Totally happy with the choice

The pool area was beautiful, but everything else was very dated and needed a major Reno. The restaurant for the breakfast was nice and the staff were very attentive, the restaurant at night for dinner was terrible. I’ve never waited so long for a steak and it was so dry and overcooked I assumed that was what took all the time. The staff really didn’t seem to interested in us or what we needed. Very disappointed enough so that we cancelled for our final days in San Jose and are staying somewhere else.

Staff was great upon arrival. Resturaunt and breakfast was okay. Safe.. bed was clean and comfy. Just a little upgrading can be done as it is dated. Otherwise it wasca great stay. Shuttle service was superb.

This is not a good airport option unless pool is your key focus. Two small beds in a loft under a tin roof. Stairs to loft feel unsafe. Terrible noise all night. Weird layout. No elevators. 10-15 from airport with inconvenient shuttles. Nope. Not again.

It is very close to the airport and main highways which makes it easy to get around. The breakfast was buffet style and was fantastic. The room itself was very simple but this is a great stop for a night or two before you travel elsewhere in the country.

This property is a little dated. Everything looks old. No elevator. Carry luggage to 3rd floor is no joke. Shower is small, less than 3'x3'. Staffs were nice though. Price was good for a short stay.

This property could use some updates but overall the staff and property was quiet. The breakfast was not the best! The lunch menu was great be careful of the fruit we ate papaya and got sick! There are other restaurants and bars about 5 min from hotel which is walking distance, they were great!

Property can do with a face lift. Looks old and a bit run down. Rooms are big but bathrooms are very small and old.

Our room was located on the third floor. There was no elevator and when we got to the room there was another flight of stairs up to the bedroom level. It was too much with three suitcases and two kids.
