The property had some wonderful old world charm in its style and decor, including a piano player in the open air lobby. The property is located in a good area to walk the many stores, restaurants/coffee houses, and places of history. We also had very nice massages done while we were there (which were part of our VIP experience) which was very pleasant.

I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Jennifer che ked me in and then anytime I had a question, she remembered my name and would assist. I do think the dining options were severely limited and because of the extreme amount of traffic, walking in the area is not advisable. So trying to figure out where to eat and what to have was not an easy thing to do. That could be improved.
