The hotel was clean and conveniently located. Luciana at the front desk was excellent- very friendly and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond arranging for our laundry to be delivered late at night and made great restaurant recommendations.

The hotel is ok, the view is marvelous. The bathroom is very small, and the pillows are not as in the other Hampton Inns. We send some clothes to the laundry and it was not fold not even iron.

Great staff, easy check in. Room was adequate, desk was handy. Restaurant breakfast was very good. It would be nice if they changed up the eggs. Fried, omelette, poached, etc. Restaurant meals were good, we were served frozen empanadas once. We booked a tour through the front desk, convenient, but Spanish only. Would definitely return.

No air conditioning. Very hot and stuffy.Thus area is noisey. Traffic all hours of the day with continual motorcycles racing at 2 am when bars close. Ok hotel. People at front desk were great.

Hotel located at the central convenient to walk around the city. As we enter the room was just like sauna. We put the AC on waited till 10:00pm and didn’t get the temperature down. We informed the front desk and they didn’t have much options to help us only offered a fan. It was a terrible night.

Great view and nice room. Shower small and leaked water on floor even though stall door closed. Staff not so nice. Beware of elevator - closed quickly! Door hit arm so hard it knocked me back and bruised me. It didn’t have typical safety close.

This was a great hotel in a great location. Good parking for a fee. Close walking to the main shopping street and good food. Loved all the usb plugs in the room. Only thing a little bit negative was the poor lighting in the bathroom. Great breakfast too!

Good location, good bfast, street noise can be very loud with motorcycles-- they have rooms with no AC -had to specifically ask for it on check in there is a city tax you will need to pay in cash

A brand new hotel with a few teething problems in the first room. However the staff quickly obliged by changing our room making sure we were comfortable therefore top marks! Excellent buffet breakfast.

Great location, accesible to restaurants and stores walking distance. Staff super helpful! No a/c, contrary to what was advertised. We went in December and it was really hot. The room never cooled down.

Everything was ok, except: they have a 24/7 snack bar. They charged 4,500 pesos in my credit card for a 6 oz cup of coffee, which would be ok, except that the day i got it the person at reception mentioned it was 3,000 and some one else in the reception said 1000. Looks like people in reception are not clear regarding the item prices in the snack bar.

Mucho calor en la habitación, no tienen aire acondicionado,,las habitaciones a la calle no puedes abrir ventana por ruido. El personal de aseo a las 9 AM golpean la puerta para hacer aseo en dos oportunidades siendo que chek out es a las 11‼️ Decepcionante no volveré..

Hotel bem razoável pelo preço que cobra. Ponto positivo: localização, elevador panorâmico, boa limpeza, hotel novo Pontos negativos e a serem melhorados: café da manhã ruim com pouca variedade. Local apertado para tomar café da manhã. Box do banheiro muito pequeno 60x60cm. Quarto muito escuro não conseguia nem me maquiar. Algumas acomodações sem ar condicionado. Cuidado ao reservar. Acredito que são coisas fáceis de melhorar porém como está, tem acomodações melhores por este valor…

>>>> Pontos positivos: - Hotel com instalações muito novas e bem conservadas. - Quarto amplo e muito limpo. - Ótima localização para quem quer ir a Calle Mitre a pé (fica a apenas 3 a 4 quadras). >>> Pontos negativos: - Colchão um pouco firme, quase ortopédico. - Chuveiro pequeno apesar do banheiro ter um tamanho bom. - Opções quentes do café da manhã estavam mornas / frias nos 3 dias que estivemos no hotel. - Estacionamento interno tem preço diferente dos USD 12 listado no site (ARS 7500 ou aprox. USD20 ao câmbio oficial na data da estadia).

Por ser da rede Hilton esperava mais
A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo de tudo. Os quartos achei pequenos e o box do banheiro péssimo ( apertado e a água escoa tudo para fora ) a cama e travesseiros são excelentes. Wi-Fi super rápido. O que eu achei fraco foi o café da manhã ( todos os dias a mesma coisa ) pra quem fica uma semana é complicado ( mas amei o creme de queijo e o suco detox).
