It was a very friendly place to stay and nothing was to much for them. We arrived at 5pm after 3 and half hours journey and was hungry, they didnt serve food till 6pm but went out of there way to provide us with something to eat. I will definitely be returning.

The staff were super friendly. The property could do with a bit of a makeover but that didn’t put us off. We had great food both for tea and breakfast and a good sleep in a spacious room! Great value for money.
It’s always a perfect experience. Instead of staying in a hotel in London, and fighting with humans on the tube….. I would recommend this place instead. I have had some horrendous experiences in London hotels. This is the perfect solution. I sleep like and Angel and the staff (and dogs) are always a delight. Plus you are close to Stonehenge!
Another gem of a hotel for my 1 night business stay. The staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room I had was very large with a large bathroom that had a lovely power shower. There was tea/coffee making facilities. There was a very nice freshly cooked breakfast and the evening meal was very tasty and fresh cooked to order. There was plenty of on site car parking and it was just 1/4 mile from the main A303 although you couldn’t hear any traffic noise in the room at all
What an amazing friendly group of people that run this hotel and the best night I have had in months and I work away a lot, food great, bar staff excellent rooms spotless clean and over all excellent, I’ll be recommending to all my travelling work colleagues, thank you
The Gray Manor Hotels has a substantial business providing for weddings and wedding receptions, and this is reflected in their decor schemes and layout. Good location close to the A303 and convenient for Salisbury.

The property is quite tired and shabby, and really needs some tlc. The bar menu was limited and the food average, as was breakfast. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.
The staff were amazing . The room basic but the beds were so comfy . Breakfast was excellent. Food was hot . Cater for gluten free and very helpful. Best gluten free sausages I’ve had . Would definitely go back .
Initially had fears of staying in an all white staffed environment, however my fears were relieved. The staff turned to be so friendly and inclusive.
Breakfast was awesome 👌. What a clean and convenient place this is.
I felt so welcomed by the staff and the 2 dogs. It’s a unique and real place with real people who strive to make a hotel
More like a home. I liked it so much that I extended my stay. Very quiet despite being near a main road. You really feel like you are in the country. Food is excellent also.
An elegant property close to Salisbury, Stonehenge and Andover. Once a new TV cable was fitted, reception was perfect. A large car park and a good cooked breakfast. I would have liked a fruit bowl, but when I enquired there were just apples and bananas brought out.
