Room was clean however the beds were so uncomfortable my husband and I couldn’t sleep. The hot tub had too much chemicals in it and the pool was ice cold.

Room was large and included a large recliner. Everything worked as expected, and shower was good. The bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping people were very helpful, especially "May" who helped me carry my suitcase downstairs and find my car in the parking lot. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

No hair dryer in room. Asked for one and said someone would bring one up and after 15 minutes told them to forget it. Since Wyndham has taken over, rooms have been updated and cleaned up alot. All should have hair dryers in room!

I choose to stay here based off reviews of all the area hotels in this immediate area. This Super 8 appeared to have the best reviews as of late of all the area hotels. I stayed for one night for a business trip. I’m pretty basic and don’t need all the frills a more expensive hotel would provide. I found this hotel to be clean and in relatively good condition. A couple truck stops are nearby so you’ll hear a little heavy truck traffic, but it’s not overly noisy. Bed was comfortable, but I wasn’t a fan of the pillows. A continental breakfast is provided, but it’s pretty basic. However, considering the price of the stay, I really didn’t expect much. I’ve certainly had far worse elsewhere. A McDonalds is immediately across the street if you need a quick bite to eat, or find the continental breakfast less than ideal. Water was hot and with good pressure. My only real complaints are that the mini fridge was rather noisy (I ended up unplugging it during my stay), the window was sealed up with black duct tape (I assume to keep outside air out, and several screws were used to keep anyone from opening it), and the TV remote wasn’t too good (dead/dying batteries?). But again, you certainly can have much better elsewhere, but likely not for the same price. For that reason, I’m rating it 4 stars. I did not use the pool.

Check was easy. The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the toels good. The furniture is old, drab and dysfunctional. The desk chair rollers didn't work. The recliner chair was very old and hadn't probably been cleaned in awhile. There were small pebbles of gravel and small pieces of dried mud from shoe bottoms all over the carpet so I am sure it hasn't been vacuumed in a couple of occupancies. The breakfast was such that most of the people I saw went to McDonald's across the street instead. For the price, I guess you can expect to get run down and marginal breakfast but no matter the price, everyone should expect a clean room.

Check in and out was fast and easy. Hallway was dirty, no elevator to get upstairs and the people across from me had a few kids that were loud all night. Secure building but no parking by the lobby to check in/out that wasn’t handicap only so had to park around back.

I would of scored everything higher, but when you book a hotel and double checked hot tib was working. I stayed 3 nights, and didnt get to use hot tub.

Great updated newer hotel. Everything worked which is usually not the case these days. Only issue is housekeeper walked into the room in the morning and did not knock. I dont think she knew what rooms were vacant.

There was a stench coming from a dumpster that was toxic. Rats running around in the parking lot. I left at midnight because I couldn't stand the smell. I was given a second floor room with no elevator. As a senior with copd and bad knees, I told the clerk that this was a problem. I was met with silence. The bed was so high I could barely get into it. Whenever I moved in it, it made a noise like two metal trash can lids banging against each other. The chair was lower on one side than the other. The TV showed no signal on any channel.

I love tied to cancel when I arrived because it felt “ unsafe” to me a woman traveling alone. I was told to cancel with Expedia where I booked. I was moved to a room closer to the front. I tried to cancel the next day with Expedia and was not allowed to do so. I had “ anxiety attacks “ and moved out the third day. I was charged for that night. It was dark & dreary & too many men work teams staying there. No one on the hotel staff ever greeted or spoke to me. They were very unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel or using Expedia. I am a recent widow of a Korean war vet. It did not matter to Expedia & not to the owners of this motel. My husband would be “ appalled “ at the lack of “ empathy “ for his widow.

The work crew you mentioned are staying with us for pass three month as they are working in constructing road at near by location, of course they need a place to stay after long day of work and they have not cause any harm or disturbance to anyone. About cancelling your reservation, as we mentioned on day one, it need to cancel through Expedia as it was booked through Expedia.

Would def come back
Staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze, room was clean and best part was there was a HOT TUB. Going cross country on a motorcycle so soaking in the hot tub was great.
