A great location! Close to a variety of restaurants, ABC store, cafes, bars, etc. Everything you may need on the spur of the moment is in walking distance. It was a very safe and convenient location. I was equally surprised by the comfort....bedding and pillows suited my picky preferences. Simple...mini fridge and hot kettle, good parking....had what we needed. Great stay.

Big hotel feel and amenities in a smaller package. Right in Garapan close walking distance to lots of places. The staff are great and the small coffee shop is pretty good. This is my 2nd stay there and is my first choice.

Serenti Hotel
Serenti Hotel is a great place to stay while visiting Saipan. I was never able to figure out how old the building was because there are some very modern updates to the interior, some of which I have never seen on the US mainland. At the same time Serenti Hotel had the feel of the classic hotel experience from the 70's with boxes containing toiletries in the bathroom positioned to spell out the hotel name plus embroidered towels with the Serenti name. The mattress was on the firm side but I had two good nights sleep. Serenti is in a good safe centralized location with many restaurants within walking distance if you do not feel like driving. The place is very clean and nicely kept. The hotel staff is very friendly. Overall I would definitely recommend Serenti and will likely stay here again if I get to return to Saipan.

Fine hotel on Saipan
The Serenti Hotel is a fine hotel. Located in the heart of activities and places to eat. Very walkable area. I would consider it a moderate hotel. But clean and all things were working. You should be aware that desk hours are limited as an outcome of Covid. There are specific blocks of time when the desk is staffed and others when there is no one there.

The hotel is a nice quiet clean stay within the heart of Garapan. The service always impeccable with everyone who works there having over the top customer service. A very welcome stay after the quarantine period.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was excellent. The room for the cost exceeded my expectations. The Bubba Gump Restaurant on site had excellent food and was very well priced. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Convenience and amenities were good. I had stayed here before, BUT this time the aircon was not blowing any cool air and I did not sleep well and I was sticky sweaty. When I brought this up to the front staff, they could not do anything about it, they said they would send a maintenance staff at 9:30 pm and they did not, AND they did not offer me to switch rooms.
