I inherited this small family house in the deaths of my father in 2005 and was probably built in the twelfth century allentours, because according to the information obtained, the oldest houses are located below the village around church and castle. On the terrace you will enjoy its privileged location in the village, not overlooked but not isolated.

Très déçus
Aucun contact avec le propriétaire, sauf une réponse au mail que j’ai envoyé suite à une invasion de fourmis. Propreté plus que douteuse. Chasses d’eau avec un bassin en-dessous tellement ça coule. Jardinet impraticable, même pour nos chiens, orties qui nous arrivent à la taille. Parasols cassés sauf un tout petit.

la région, le village, l'emplacement de la maison et les endroits à visiter au top. le gros bémol est le manque d'entretien de la maison- le plancher et les boisseries sont un peu attaqués et friables-je ne sais pas déterminer la raison.(photos à l'appui). nous avons eu droit à une invasion de fourmis dans la chambre -Nous avonc donc désinfecté- les hôtes sont accueillants et sympathiques mais c'est dommage pour la maison car elle est vraiment charmante et bien au calme

Très agréable séjour
Séjour très agréable, emplacement privilégié près de la rivière du Mars. Maison typique très mignonne avec une vue incroyable, le calme fût vraiment appréciable. Accès direct à plusieurs randonnées sympathiques.

GITE DE CHARME DANS UN ENVIRONNEMENT MAGNIFIQUE
Arrivée dans le gîte positive, environnement, gîte de charme au calme, toilettes et vaisselle impeccables. Par contre, au niveau de la cuisine la porte du frigo voilée, entraîne des moisissures sur les joints. Pas d'éclairage au niveau de la hotte HS et de couleur marron, dûe à l'accumulation des graisses. Telles des coulées de lave, les traînées épaisses et violacées des joints s'échappent des boiseries de fenêtres délavées par le temps qui passe, sur les vitres. Dommage ce gîte serait formidable s'il était mieux entretenu. Par contre le prix est actualisé !
