Not only good for golfers but couples too
Our de luxe room and bathroom were both very well maintained and clean. Reception staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. One improvement however would be for the very pleasant Pool to be heated . Excellent location for a wide selection of restaurants and a pleasant relaxing holiday.

Overall it was good, friendly reception ladies, friendly staff at the bar and restaurant. Restaurant manager Julien was great after I had an issue with a member of staff, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was superb. The issue with the waiter was he refused to speak English with me, he was talking with all the other tables in English if they asked to speak English but with me he refused to do so which was racist and rude. I raised the issue with the restaurant manager and he informed the general manager and they both ensured I stay happy and enjoy my stay. WIFI isn't great but it works. I had the luxury suite and the size of the room was big and enough space for everything. Over all nice and friendly staff

nice hotel next to golf course
Generally, my wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very helpful in arranging a spa for my wife and my golf tee times. We loved our stay there. I do think there could be some improvement in that level of hotel with replacing the stained carpet in our room and providing more toiletries, better sound proofing in our room above the reception from the clicking heels noise of the shoes of the staff on the tile below as they walked about, and a fitness room looking out on their lovely pool and its grounds.

Pleasant stay
I visited with my son to go to the Monaco Grand Prix. The staff in general are excellent in the hotel. We used the golf course and needed to hire clubs. The professional claimed not to speak English but then remembered he did!!rooms are tidy clean & comfortable.i would visit again.

Nice hotel for golfers.
We enjoyed our time at the hotel. It is a lovely area but a car is really necessary if you want to go anywhere. Buses are fairly infrequent. Lunch at Golf Club very good & reasonable, but dinner in the evening was expensive. Beds were very hard, not too good, if like me, you like a bed you can sink into. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Summer stay. One week.
Low rise hotel, large room (I think the de luxe) very well decorated and exceptionally clean with good terrace. Grounds were well kept and pool immaculate and well supervised. We didn't eat at the hotel dining room but a couple of room service meals were pretty good.

Great location in the middle of a golfing area with cool pleasant very well kept gardens and outdoor pool - perfect for relaxation. Pool and golf course view rooms have far better views than larger superior rooms but are not as well finished and really should have tea/coffee makers in addition to the in room fridge and safe provided. A Table Tennis table would also be a worthwhile addition. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

Stay away from Hotel Restaurant
Hotel is nice and clean, but hotel restaurant was awful. Told hotel manager that i felt sick, but she did not care. After the stay i got an email " how was your stay" i replied and told them to be ashamed of their restaurant, but the rest was fine. The reply was shocking. They commented on what i bought on "Spar" a nearby shop. Where i bought yogurt and water, because i did not feel well. My stay here went from "ok" to worst ever after that reply. But if you like reheated and "frosen fresh" food, please visit their restaurant.

There were ants everywhere in our room. It was gross. Other than that, the pool was nice. And the hotel was reasonably priced, but I would have paid more for a room without ants.

Good hotel
Very clean hotel. Room seemed newely decorated and was a good size with a large batchroom. Staff were welcoming. Pool is large and garden spacious. Breakfast was ample and staff attentive. No complaints.

This is an excellent hotel in an upmarket neighbourhood. Though away from the beaches, it was quiet. The staff were helpful. I would certainly stay art this hotel if I were to return to the area. However, I would make two complaints: The first is that our room was above the plant-room for the swimming pool. The plant-room made a constant clicking noise, which was mildly irritating. Secondly, the hotel advertised as a No-Smoking hotel, yet it was permissible to smoke on balconies. As a non-smoker, that was annoying.

nestled in nice woodsy area-close to St. Raphael
Having been in hotels in central busy locations, Hotel Valescure was a perfect hotel in a perfect place, nestled in the woods, far from the chaotic busy-ness of the touristy downtown St. Raphael. By car, it is only 12 minutes away which was very convenient. Hotel provided great service and had lovely atmosphere. The pool and lounge chairs were great. Hotel also has a restaurant and is connected to a golf club. I did not go there to golf but it seemed convenient for others who wanted to golf. Free tennis courts and archery as well. Overall enjoyed my stay here. Fairly isolated and calm. Mini mart located a few minutes away.

Un lieu décevant ,triste, par son décor et sont mobiliers démodés. Les moquettes sont usés et sales. Les extérieurs sont pas entretenus ainsi que la piscine. La vue de chambre est sans intérêt. Le restaurant du soir ,sont des plats bas de gamme, omelettes, burger, pâtes... Pour bénéficier du SPA il faut prendre un massage pour 2 personnes de 300€ ,ce qui n'ai pas précisé sur la réservation de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas digne d un 4 étoiles. A fuir

Bonjour, j'avais réservé cet hôtel pensant pouvoir accéder au spa malheureusement sans prendre de soins nous ne pouvons pas en profiter. Le personnel de la réception nous a dit que c'était complet et que même si on voulait prendre un soin on ne pouvait pas. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles je suis très déçu de la la réception du wifi nous n'avons pas pu nous connecter. La moquette était pleine de taches et ne donnait pas envie de marcher pieds nus. Nous avons pris la prestation petit déjeuner c'était très bien. Le personnel de réception était très chaleureux et accueillant.
